Shout out to Rose, my favorite employee at this location. She knows my usual order and went above and beyond for me today on my birthday! I've never had any issues at this Starbucks, they're always sweet and the coffee is good. Fast service. And they have the good ice!!! Highly recommend. And give Rose a raise!

The staff are great at this location and so is the food and coffees. The inside is ready to be updated. Tables are scratched up and well used. I went to the new Starbucks in Moody, AL the other day (much newer location, just opened) and this stood out. Would love to see this location updated soon at least with new furniture as I really like to go inside and study/read from time to time.

I just placed an Uber order with 5 sugars and a side of milk to go with my black coffee. I received no sugars and no milk. Called the store and with no apology the so-called shift supervisor stated just come in and we will replace it. If I wanted to come in, I would not have ordered via Uber. An apology would have sufficed. Customer service and attention detail is basically nonexistent. Very disappointing.

Took my order. Made my order. Didn’t give me my order bc they didn’t have enough money to give me change.
The time frame that I arrived (somewhere after 9am), the drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot. So I went in. There were quite a few people standing around waiting on their order. My order didn't take long. The cashier lady was somewhat helpful. I tried something new and had questions about it. I ordered the Peppermint Mocha. It was very tasty. Overall, it was an ok experience. Could it have been better...yes. Just be prepared to wait or not be in a hurry if going during morning hours.Parking: It was bare minimum because it was crowded.
