If I could give them zero stars I would. We came and ordered two shakes. We had to wait almost 30 minutes after asked to pull up. There was already another customer in front of me pulled up waiting in their order. They proceeded to scream for me to pull up from the drive thru window but I was up as far as I could go. It’s simple get the food out in a timely manner instead of coming to the window screaming three different times and your drive thru wouldn’t be backed up.

We were in Albertville, Alabama from Ohio to be with family. They recommended Jack's. A fast food place, yes, but the chicken fingers were juicy, tender and delicious! The Big Jack's burger tasted flame broiled with crispy lettuce, tomatoes and was oh so good! Great crinkle fries and a thick hand dipped chocolate shake! Our first time here, but hopefully not our last. Sadly, there are no Jack's restaurants in Ohio. And before I forget, the prices were really reasonable!

Imagine being allowed to look at the menu BEFORE you order? This jacks more often than not has someone standing outside giving people anxiety and not allowing you to look at the menu..."What do you want?"Oh I haven't been allowed to pull up to the menu yet...Guess you only want returning customers who memorize the menu.. not people who like to try something different or see what's new..Highly annoying for someone with anxiety but they don't care
