Drove all the way to the Glenco store and there were literally 4 cars in the parking lot and it was 1 1/2 hours before close, but we were sent away because “we aren’t taking anymore tables tonight”. No explanation was given as to why, the hostess just stood there with a blank look after telling us, so they just don’t feel like working, I guess. I don’t think my family of 5 will be returning since every time we visit it’s either mediocre food, they’re closed for no reason , or in this case “not taking anymore tables”.

My family and I drove from Oxford to have lunch today. We have been eating there for years and have always had great food and great service. It is one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately today we had great food but terrible service. The waitress constantly complained because she had to many tables. It didn’t seem that busy to us since they just opened. I nicely asked her for some bread and oil and she responded very rudely that she said other tables to worry about. It seemed like she didn’t enjoy her job. She later apologized but I didn’t seen sincere. We were in no rush we just forgot to ask for bread when we ordered. We didn’t relieve any refills and had to hear her complain the entire time we had lunch. We had to wait about 10 minutes for her to take our card to pay. Also, we had a to go order and we only received one piece of bread because she said the kitchen didn’t have time to make anymore bread. It was probably the worst experience we have every had at any restaurant. I have worked in food service before so I know it is a very hard job but there is no reason to be rude and complain about your job to customers. Not sure if we will come back even though the food is always delicious! :)

Absolutely wonderful, fresh hot and the bread is soft and warm on the inside and crunchy on the outside...the marinara sauce was fresh and delicious...this will be a place I would return

I would rate the overall status of this place mediocre, they always have the phone off the hook. Food is good when you can get thru.

Food is fantastic portions were great. Price is fantastic for the amount and quality of food. Definitely recommend this spot. The only complaint I can say is they are a victim of success, not enough seats.

I'm a first timer here and would be a regular if I lived closer by. The food was very authentic tasting and the price/portion was on point. I had the Baked Lasagana with a fresh side salad and they were both delicious. The bread with olive oil dipping sauce was excellent as well. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

I love pizza, salad, and bread from there. My favorite dish is creamy shrimp piccata with capers and lemon. Makes my mouth water just thinking about. The staff is fantastic!

We really enjoyed the fried mozzarella appetizer & they let me swap the red sauce for white sauce. Lasagna and Chicken ziti was also yummy. Good quick service. I have visited all of there locations and they are all very good.

Ordered the chicken baked ziti and mozzarella bread. The ziti was bland, cheese wasn't melted in the pasta or on the bread and the small piece of bread that comes with the ziti was cold and hard. For $20, it was worth $5 if that. The lady at the window was super nice but the last 3 times I've eaten here the food has been absolutely horrible. It's not what it used to be, and that is very sad.

Such a great selection of Italian cuisine. We tried the chickein cream mushroom sauce with portobello mushrooms. Cheesey bread appetizers and southern sweet tea. It was an amazing meal. 5 out of 5 stars. Warm and friendly service. Watched Alabama beat Texas. Man o man it don’t get any better than this. You WANT be disappointed

Such a hidden gem my son told me about. This place is amazing! The food is some of the best Italian I've ever had. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is very clean and modern. We will definitely be back.

Stopped here for supper and there is ample parking. Went in and was told 30 minute wait. After waiting our buzzer went off and we were seated at a table close to the door. A couple seated after us were seated in middle of the restaurant and were immediately met by a server who brought out there drinks and hot bread; we were still seated and no server? I got up and met hostess and informed her of problem. She said our waitress was busy making a desert and would come. Our server did come to take our order and delivered drinks and hot bread. Soon our hugh serving of meatballs(4) and macaroni/person was served. This was enough for 2 meals, then and at a later supper at home.

We sat outside, but our waitress- Summer, came right out! Breadsticks were fresh and tasted great. Food was delicious. Summer was a great host, always checking on us.
