Ok so I've never done one of these reviews before but I feel something needs to be said. I live in Grandbay so my choice in food options is very limited, not too mention nobody delivers here. Anyways, that's not my issue. For the past few weeks I've been going to Dunkin's and I always get the same thing which is an English muffin with a chicken patty, egg, and WHITE cheese and yet whoever is making the food is putting yellow cheese on my sandwiches. Of course that doesn't seem like that big of a deal except for basically allergic to that type of cheese. So I'm having to drive to the location and pay for my sandwiches just to have to throw them away. I would normally take it back and ask to get it fixed but most of the time the only time I can go to Dunkin's is on my way to dyalisis. So I don't have the time to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes waiting on the correct order.

I don’t know why but every single time I order a caramel iced coffee, they give me hazelnut. Is it so hard to make what I paid $4.00 for??? If you’re out then you need to say something instead of giving me what YOU prefer. Won’t be coming back anymore.

I love this dunkin! The management team and staff are all very nice and work quickly to get your order not only hot/cold and accurate but fresh. They’re always above and beyond my expectations. They’re very welcoming and the hospitality is on point. This is in the morning or the evening. After all they are our morning fix or pick me up for most! Dunkin this store should be recognized for their amazing work ethics and hard work. This morning with cars in line I was in and out in a couple minutes! You guys are awesome!

Gave 3 stars only because of the friendly service. They do not keep the donuts stocked up, I was told I should order what I want the day before in order to acquire a dozen creme filled. You'll be Lucky if you find they have any type of creme filled on the shelves any given afternoon.Demand should be a factor in how many they produce in a day.

Worst location ever every time they never get my order right nor my coffee they never listen I ordered a pumpkin muffin and was charged for it never got it and they told me I wasn’t charged for it I ordered they always get it wrong called spoke with manager and they called me a liar and argued with me and didn’t want to get my order right or at least fix they also asked for my name and address witch you shouldnt be asking a customer that the mistakes I will never be coming back here I’d rather run to mobile and if you want coffee made right don’t come to this location please don’t waste ur time and gas coming here they have had plenty of chances to get it right and still have failed always a rude person in the window and they will argue with u and not admitThat they mess ur order up
