The worst food I've had there. Didn't add the bacon to my burger, fries on both orders were burnt/re-cooked so bad that made them too hard to eat. My onions were sour. I couldn't even eat any of it. That's after waiting 20minutes for Curbside. Management nor owners have attempted to contact me.

This was awful. An employee came out of the back to talk to what looked like his mom. Although we were standing there, he returned to the back without offering to take our order. We ordered through the sticky kiosk and took a # from the hanger. The same employee as before came out, shouted out our order, then began tapping out something on his screen. We said the order was for "here," but he handed us a bag with food anyway. The burgers were sloppily built, making them messy to eat. One med. fry container was only half full. When my husband tried to get a drink refill he stood at the counter and called out twice, but no one ever came.

I stopped here for breakfast this morning and I wished I had not. The service was horrible. They ignored me until I used the kiosk and even then didn’t acknowledge I was at the counter because the kiosk didn’t give me a receipt. My order was wrong and again I waited up front to be ignored and no concern as to why I am standing up front with my order in hand. But after I sat down and ate my breakfast you can here the people joking and talking with each other having fun so they do speak just not to there customers. The eggs looked old and were crunchy and I for one will never return. The breakfast at the Circle K would have been a better choice for me.

I ordered a 10 piece nugget. When I got my order there were only 7 nuggets in the box. The person at the window apologized and asked for the nuggets back, went back to the food line and asked them for more. I thanked them and pulled forward. Then I opened the box and counted just to be sure and THERE WERE ONLY NINE NUGGETS! I went inside and brought this to the attention of the manager. She quite rudely and loudly said that she knows there were ten nuggets in the box and that she watched them count. She would only fill my request this time meaning I could not dare bring a mistake like this to their attention again. I felt embarrassed enough to have to ask twice for my correct order and humiliated being called a liar in front of everyone by the person in charge. This was a complete disgrace and an awful experience.
Every time I come to this Mcdonalds it’s always a wait and 7/10 food is wrong. I don’t know what clown show management is putting on but needs to be addressed. Fast food means paying and moving up grabbing food and leaving especially on simple menu orders that should already been
