Had a lovely dinner, good food and service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a traditional American Chinese food and sushi.

atmosphere so bad i could rate this a one star. Too awkward to even talk to who you’re eating with. dark, empty, and silent. Underage young children working in the back. concerning.

Originally I was going to give this restaurant a 3 star review, because 4-5 years ago, it was easily a 4 star experience. Now it's more like 1½⭐Customer service was decent. The seaweed salad, andTom Yum soup (broth) are still excellent.??However, the entree's were pretty bad.The main culprit, was the cheap meat they were using. Taste, texture, and the look of it was down right shameful.Whoever made the Pad Thai, should be ashamed to serve that to any customer.Sidenote, I consider myself a Thai Food Aficionado, but this was the first time in 17 years...I left a plate full. I hope they get it together, because this use to be a good restaurant. But we just paid 50+ dollars for a meal worth $8.99

They have some of the best Asian food I have ever had, the General Tso shrimp is fantastic and the Tempura dishes are so delicately fried and tasty. The service tends to be a touch slow , but everyone is friendly. Don't let the lack of customers scare you, they do a lot of carry out, but I really don't see how this place isn't packed all of the time.

My family ordered from here recently and it was good. The portion sizes are large! We made 2 meals out of it. So, the price is great for the amount you get. The spring rolls, crab rangoon, General tso and sesame chicken were great. The breading was a little heavy on the chicken, but overall it was good. We would order again.

If you are a true sushi lover.. skip this one. We ordered two rolls ( Playboy roll, and spicy crab roll), and were expecting the quality and quantity we normally receive at other sushi joints; however, much to our disappointment this sushi was not comparable. The portion of one roll was teeny tiny, it was obvious that the rolls were prepared by someone who does not specialize in true sushi making. We asked our server if she could recommend a spicy roll, and she replied with “you can add jalapeños to anything but it will cost more”. Seeing as how one SMALL roll was $17.00, this comment was frustrating. We also ordered the general tso’s chicken and shrimp. It was just okay.. tasted similar to frozen Chinese entree you would purchase at the grocery store. We will pass on this one next time we visit Gulf Shores.

My sister loves General Tso chicken. This is the only restaurant I could find that makes it. So I ordered take out from here and we drove all the way down there to get it.It was awful! Both sister's said it was old and dry. Tasted like it was cooked a week ago. The broccoli was pale and mushy. For reference...it was dinner time so it should have been fresh... it was not! Won't be back.

This restaurant is hands down amazing!!! The atmosphere is great and the service is excellent. We left full and happy and with plenty of leftovers. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning next time we're in the area!

We should have listened to previous reviewers who mentioned how quiet and awkward the atmosphere was in this place. Lighting very florescent and unflattering. So quiet we felt uncomfortable talking or laughing. Noticed another family texting each other instead of speaking since it was so awkward. Udon was flavorless, sushi rolls were average. Chicken teriyaki tough and way too salty. Service was quick and efficient, servers were working hard. With some easy tweaks like soft background music and warm light bulbs this would have been a decent experience.

To start, I got an offset feeling when we entered and the host looked at our party of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) up and down and told us we had to wait outside for a table. Strange considering there were an entire dining area full of empty tables. Maybe a specific table? Who knows, but not the best first impression. We ordered 3 specialty rolls, 2 California rolls, and (gluten free) Singapore Mei Fun. My daughter wanted egg drop soup, but they did not want to make another batch, so we said forget it. Our bill was $89 (gratuity was added for us at 18%, which I always find rude), and we left feeling unfulfilled and unwelcome. Typical sushi and Asian cuisine. Nothing special. I won't be going back and I would not recommend it to my friends or family.

This place is severely underrated! The staff are very friendly and understanding, and the service is wonderful. There's a wide variety of foods that many people will enjoy and leave very full and happy! Definitely worth checking out if you want Asian food! Will definitely be coming back! :)

Excellent sushi! Great prices on wines! Our party ordered several different rolls, seaweed salad, vegetable tempura, and vegetarian spring rolls. Everything was phenomenal my only complaint would be that the specialty rolls should be a little bigger but would still buy again as is.
