Best kept secret in the area!! The meat is to die for! The fixin’s are amazing! If you love brisket- get there on Thursdays because they sell out quickly. The tuna dip and salmon dip are fabulous! I can’t brag enough about this smoke shop!

Wow, I will say this is the best I've had for pork ribs, brisket, and oh my God, the big Daddy porkchop is ridiculous! There is so much great flavor, and it is still juicy and tender. I am not much for smoked fish or cheese, but they have the smoked BBQ staples down!! If there's something you really want, my suggestion is to call ahead and put in your order before it's gone. They run out quickly. A side note, they do not have indoor seating, so this is more like a takeout type of thing. It's just something to keep in mind.

Best smoked brisket ever! Juicy and flavorful. I think they have brisket all the time. Some places only have it certain days. Is that a southern thing? Very friendly folks. This is for pick-up only, no seating for dining in. I also drove past it because it doesn't face the street, but I should've believed Waze.

We are fans of bbq and Brookman's Smokehouse is a good place to get it. Brookman's is carry out, you can preorder on their website, by phone or just walk in the shop. We walked in and ordered sandwiches and they were quickly done. We had Sliced Brisket, $12, served on a bun with slaw topper and smokehouse sauce on the side. We also had potato salad for sides. All of it was tasty with generous amounts of briskets. We also took home a Big Daddy Pork Chop, $11, for lunch the next day. It was really good. Brookman's has a huge menu including smoked pork, chicken, turkey, brisket, sausage, and salmon, with a variety of combos, small to enough to feed large groups. The counterman was very helpful and friendly. We'll go back!!

I discovered this gem via. recommendation from Tambo up at Tambo's Shack. As I just moved to the area, I inquired about any good, worthwhile smokehouse or BBQ joints given they're among my favorite staples.Let me just start out by saying I graduated college, lived, and worked in Texas for years. Texas is where everyone and their mother use "the best Smoked or BBQ meats there is" to draw customers and promote themselves.These guys are amongst the best smokehouses and BBQ joints I've dined at/from probably above them to be honest. Whether Smoked chicken, turkey, salmon, amberjack, tuna, jalapenos. They capture the flavor profile, tenderness, texture, everything you'd look for in a smoked meat to a T. I can't compliment them on their work on an adequate level.I Highly recommend giving them a go if you're visiting the area, fresh off the boat moved to the area, or even a local that hasn't tried them yet. If you're someone that loves, craves, and is looking for high quality smoked meats and other products/options. They WILL NOT disappoint. Don't deprive your taste buds or stomachs of this place. A+++If you're request it, are lucky, and catch them on a good day, they may even whip you up a thing of homemade Alabama White Sauce. ?

We found this place our last few weeks in the area. Run don't walk, this place is the real deal. Everything we had from there was good, but check out a few favorites:1. Smoked salmon and other fish. Their smoked fish are to die for. A unique find, this stuff is the best I've ever had. They have options and every fish is melt in your mouth tender. Straight fire. I think grouper was our favorite.2. Salmon and tuna spreads! Same fish from above in a balanced spread/dip. We crushed these at the beach and as easy lunches with some pita crackers.3. Big Daddy Pork Chop!! Best pork chop I have ever had. Great sear and tender inside. All beautifully rendered so the fatty bits are delicious not chewy.4. Brisket, 'nough said.5. Smoked sausages are great. Nice snap and great flavor. They sell them hot or cold.Those are my top 5, but you can't go wrong here. Folks there are nice and service is friendly. It's to-go, the location is not fancy but you can bet that smoker is smelling good when you show up. It's clean and organized inside. Overall great experience. If I was hosting an event I would 100% have a feast of meat from Brookmans.

Brookman's is professional grade BBQ. We ordered a single brisket to be used as a topping for baked potatoes, or for brisket sandwiches, for our beach house dinner tonight. All 24 people here at the beach house agreed that this brisket was 10 stars out of 5!!!! Absolutely worth every penny. The meat just literally fell apart! Juicy and flavorful.

This place is awesome! I don't eat meat but they always have smoked fish. Never been disappointed; love their variety. Finally broke down and got my husband some smoked sausage. He thought it had a nice smokey flavor. I try to get there at least once a week, if not more. Friendly service. Great product.

Great find in Orange Beach area, especially for beach picnics. I refer to these items as adult candy, these smoked meats and spreads are sooo good. We tried the smoked turkey and salmon filets, salmon and pimento dip, and chicken. It was all amazing, super moist and flavorful. I will always have some of their fish spread in my fridge for snacking while down here. Amazing.
