We have visited Burger King in Gulf Shores 3 different times in the past 2 months. These are hands down the rudest group of employees we have ever encountered. The last time we were in there, we asked for the District Manager's phone number which they refused to give us. They asked us what the problem was so we described to them how rude they have been. After we left the counter to sit down and eat our food, the employees huddled together and started laughing and mocking our conversation in voices loud enough that the whole restaurant was able to hear their conversation. In addition, the American Flag that is flying is a disgrace. I have been trying since January 29, to reach someone, anyone at corporate customer service who will act on these issues instead of just giving me ridiculous canned customer service responses in emails. It seems that it is impossible to reach anyone by telephone and actualy speak with a human being. A photo of the American Flag is shown below.
