The employee taking my order Jabrail was RUDE! I was asking a question and he just turned off the speaker and didn’t come back to me for 5 minutes. Then when I finally placed my order got to the window and he gave me the wrong drinks. I visit this location often however, after this experience I believe I’ll drive a little further and go to orange beach!
2/5/2024 @ 1:05pm: Straight from initial contact placing my order, paying for my order and receiving my order, Jayden (sp) was a very pleasant person in handling my order. He showed great manners whilst addressing me throughout the entire process. I ordered a #5 meal without mustard & onions, he let me know that the burger doesn't come with mustard and I substituted my drink with a medium strawberry shake.
