I have yet to find a flavor that I don't really care for. The staff and owner are very kind and helpful in selecting a tea or shake when you get overwhelmed at the goodness you see on the menus. I wasn't disappointed or dissatisfied, honestly quite the opposite.
If you like energy drinks you need to go see Mike at Gulf Shores Nutrition! He sells energy drinks that taste great and are actually really healthy for you. They are loaded with caffeine, vitamins, and minerals. They’re also sweetened with natural sweeteners instead of sugar. I’m trying to get away from drinking energy drinks and thanks to Gulf Shores Nutrition it won’t be hard.
