Had a late afternoon lunch. My husband ordered fresh oysters. Took a longer time to get them than expected. By the time they were served, main course came within minutes of getting the appetizer.Server was very knowledgeable when answering food questions and very pleasant. Unfortunately, I, personally think a server should ask customers within a few bites of trying the food, how the food is. She asked my husband at the end of the meal. Wrong timing.

Mahi special one of the best fish dishes I've ever had. Delicious ribeye for my wife and creme brulee for dessert. Great views and service, and cool bar downstairs.

We were so excited to finally go to Jesse's by the Bay! We love the original Jesse's in Magnolia Springs. Tonight was our 41st anniversary. We arrived early to watch the sunset from the large beautiful back deck...it did not disappoint! We had the baked oysters for appetizer- highly recommend! Delicious cheese, garlic & butter topping. For Entrees, he had the Gulf Grouper (wonderful!) and I chose the Scallops - oh so yummy! Read the description on the Menu - oh my! So many flavors! We finished our lovely dinner with a Berry Tartolini topped with vanilla ice cream with toasted crushed pistachios and a cup of just-right coffee. It was just the right touch to finish off our meal. But - next time we won't share! We inhaled that deliciousness too quickly! Lol.Jesse's by the Bay - you outdid yourself! We WILL be back!Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is raised (2nd floor) but there IS an elevator!

Growing up in Mobile, I’ve heard so many good things about the location in Magnolia Springs. I never had the chance to go and try it for myself. When I found out they opened a location in Fort Morgan, I was so excited. Tonight we were craving oysters on the half shell and they were fantastic. Our server Lashoy was amazing. We will be back to try the Ribeye next time. Perfect experience for a place that had such a high standard to meet coming into the night.

We visited this little gem of a restaurant on a Saturday afternoon after spending the morning in Fort Morgan. While we did not have reservations we were graciously seated at a 2 top with a bay view. The interior is beautiful and definitely fills the gap for fine dining in this area. I could already tell we would need to return for dinner to get the full effect of the atmosphere and to take advantage of the upscale menu. Our server, Bart, was extremely helpful in guiding us thru his recommendations. We started with the "boutique oysters" which on that day were a half dozen Murder Points served with 2 delicious mignonettes as well as the typical cocktail sauce, horseradish and lemons. Next we followed with the Weekly Tacos, which were fajita spiced shrimp, and the Bourbon Bacon Burger with the hand cut fries. Everything was outstanding. When Bart reviewed the menu, he did point out that several things were not available including the swordfish and the pork chop. This was a little disappointing especially since I had seen a huge chunk of swordfish hanging in the glass case along with some beef that was aging. But maybe those things just weren't being made available for lunch? Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, eating every last bite. And looking forward to a little something sweet or server recommended the daily cheesecake...a cherry cola cheesecake carefully crafted by the chef from a long list of flavors to imitate an iconic drink. Even my husband, who does not like cheesecake, enjoyed several bites of my dessert. We are anxious to return for dinner to try their steaks and seafood along with another stunning dessert!

great tasting food but prepare to call your bank for a loan because of how much this overpriced piece of fish the size of a lincoln log will cost you. Jesse's on the bay is great if you own Mercedes and have anorexia.

Our server Adam was phenomenal and the Scallops are the best I have had - my husband had the ribeye with the bone marrow butter and it was great! Will definitely be back
