Lindsey at the bar took very good care of us. She’s sweet, attentive but not overbearing. Probably the best waitress I’ve had in quite a while.The world and restaurant industry needs more Lindsey’s. She’s awesome!

Called ahead and asked for an estimated wait time for a party of 7 and was told "about 15 minutes". Arrived 5 minutes later and was told the same thing when I went in to put our names on the waiting list. Went outside to meet the rest of my party and when we came back in a couple of minutes later, we were told that they didn't have our names on the list and that it would be about 30-45 minutes now. So, we stuck it out and waited for another party to finish eating. An hour and half later we still hadn't even placed an order. The manager seemed not to be bothered in the slightest bit. I love longhorn steakhouse but was really disappointed in this trip.

Food was amazing as always but waitress was not friendly and didn't come to our table but twice the whole time. It was not a busy time and there were hardly anyone in the restaurant. Everytime we say her, she was talking to co- workers behind the bar.
