Order a pizza for delivery, was notified that order was on its way, after 30Minutes I called the Orange Beach store which after telling them why I was calling and my name they hung up, I called back and was told that I needed to hold for a manager.Manager comes on the phone I give her the same information I told the previous person.She said our pizza should be delivered any moment and hung up!About 10 minutes later our pizza was delivered 45 minutes after o was notified that it was on its way!As I suspected. Pizza was cold! It was not even cooked all the way, did not receive what I had ordered and it looked like it was cut by pre- schoolers!I called back to the store and spoke with manager who said would you like another pizza made and delivered? No thank you!Give me a refund. Manager replied that will take 7-10 days!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS LOCATION! !!

Ordered a pizza early to beat any potential rush. When the pizza was delivered it went in the oven. About an hour passed, when I opened the box all the ingredients are off the pizza. I called Papa John's, they refused to do anything about it. My guess is, it left the store this way. They should have never sent it. I guess Dominos is the way to go when you're in Orange Beach!

For delivery pizza, Papa John's is the best in OB since they reopened under new management. We order from them about once a month or every month and a half. We have never had a bad experience with them. I ordered pizza tonight online to be delivered at 6:00 and it was delivered on point at 6:00. This is our go to pizza joint for the past 8 months and have been pleased every time.

I usually love Papa John’s but I ordered from this Papa John’s for the first time and it was very disappointing. They forgot all my extra sauces I paid for, and on top of that I didn’t receive sauce for my cheese sticks or bread sticks. My pizza was undercooked and extremely cheesy even though I didn’t order it that way. $60 worth of food and it was not edible… Will never order from the OB Papa John’s again, very unfortunate. The Robertsdale Papa John’s is 100x better!

My family and I normally enjoy Papa John's alot back in our hometown, however, we ordered from thak location while on vacation and had our first bad experience! The delivery driver apparently thought #512 at a condo thought this meant there was a 5th floor ??♀️ instead of going to the address we gave them, they went to the end of the road and called because they couldn't see a building with 5 floor. I called the manager back that left a nasty voicemail and she was even nastier on the phone! Needless to say we ended up eating somewhere else.

Arrived to pick up my pizza a few minutes after the app said it was ready and was told I would have to wait another 45 minutes before it was ready. Call before leaving for pickup or even better have it delivered. Doordash is also an option. Pizza was great. Pepperoncini peppers were dry.

I'm sitting outside watching the guy inside picking his nose. You gave got to be kidding me. He spotted when he saw me watching him. Heavier set guy with a hat.
I ordered a philly cheesecake Papadia and a large thin crust with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and onions.I got the right Papadia but the pizza I got was regular crust and all meat. They even put the sticker of what I ordered on the box but the actual pizza wasn't even close.If you actually want what you order I recommend somewhere else.

Ordered pizza at 7:21 told 50-60 minutes. Did not arrive. Said 8:53. Did not arrive. Said 9:18-9:28. Did not arrive. Called manager - it’s summer at orange beach - no other explanation. Condo was less than 2 miles from papa John’s. Manager said on last call pizza man will be there in 13 min. - 20 min later no pizza. Cancelled order - 3 and 7 year old fell asleep waiting and so did adults. No need for pizza three hours later - just wished they had told us that upfront. Terrible customer service. Will not visit again or recommend.

Bout the only thing my wife and I like is the garlic sauce. Only ordered papa johns because our kid wanted it. Only 1 sauce and 1 pepper. 3 orders. Food was late not by much but all was cold.

Cancelled order. Manager said I'd get a refund and they would still eventually deliver the pizza for free. Driver never showed. I'm left wondering if I will actually get the promised refund or if I'll have to dispute the charge due to not getting anything but talked back to and complaints
