When vacationing in Gulf Shores I always get my breakfast from Soul Bowlz. I can’t recommend this shop enough! Friendly staff and great food! It’s also lovely that they have a gluten free granola option for people like me who have to avoid gluten. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get, I normally get the large size. Seriously, you will not be disappointed!!

My husband & I tried this place out while on vacation. We’re both plant based so this was pretty much the only option in the area for breakfast. The smoothies were delicious, the service was great, pricing was reasonable, servings were good sized & the restaurant was clean. We took our smoothies to-go & ate them on the beach. An interesting little place in the strip mall by Rouses. My daughter got an ocean bowl and enjoyed it. It was $9 which may seem steep, but in this beach town, it is probably cheap for a fresh and healthy fruit. The teen working the counter was sweet and personable. Worth a try! Very quick service and made to order.Parking: You can access this location from 59 or Fort Morgan Road. Easiest to leave FMR and go back to the next light a block over.

Well I guess since there are so few choices this is a good one. I’ve had better Açaí bowls but it satisfied. I’m a bit particular about smithies and smoothie bowls so use your own judgment, however they are not a Vegan place, so you must specify.
