We waited more than an hour and our food came out cold. Have you ever tried cold eggs? Their disgusting! The view was pretty but not enough for cold food. We asked for the manager and he came and offered us 50% off but only took off one meal.

Disappointed in the slow service during a low volume hour. 15 minutes to recieve first water, 20 minutes for order. 15 minutes for our check. Server appeared to have only 3 tables during the hour we were there. We won't come back.

Great establishment! The food is always amazing and they have great music playing when I come in. Also playing Hozier on St. Patrick’s day ??☘️! The workers are all festive (wearing green so no pinches ?) and polite. There was no wait for a table of 2 on a Sunday morning (and major holiday) and me and my friend had a lovely time sharing a chat with a view of the lovely lake Guntersville ❤️? Happy St. Patrick’s day to all my fellow Irish out there ?????Kid-friendliness: Lots of babies but all are welcome here!

We had breakfast here on a Sunday morning, after staying in Harbor suites for the weekend. We accidentally left my credit card and I did not realize it missing till Monday afternoon. I called and spoke with the manager he verified my card. I told him we live in Huntsville he said he could bring it to the Huntsville location for me to pick the following day. Hats off for great customer service!!! I am very grateful that my card was 1st secured at the location by the manager and then returned with no charges!!! I did freeze the card IJS. ?

My family and i were visiting Guntersville for a memorial service for a family member. Savannah was our server and was fantastic. She was very caring and supportive and gave us a positive lasting memory. Will absolutely go back when in Guntersville again.

Could have been amazing. Beautiful location. Waiter was Chase and I dont know if it was the kitchen or the waiter. But we ordered crab benedict which was lukewarm. Country potates with cheese. These were so cold the cheese didnt even start to melt with very cold pancakes that were stiff as a board and cold butter on top that didnt even begin to melt. $77 for a cold meal. We are going to try again but switch waiters to see which it was. He wasnt a great waiter in other aspects either.

AWFUL. What a waste of such a gorgeous view of the lake having this restaurant here. Manager wanted to argue with me about how long I've been waiting to have my order taken for a to-go order, like LOL I literally work at a brewery as a waitress steadily making $4k a month just in tips, I know how long I've been waiting and I'd never keep a guest waiting that long let alone argue with someone SIR PLEASE the bartenders are suppose to take the to go orders and I made a complaint about how long she'd been MIA from the bar and then she was giving me a stank coochie face the whole time I was waiting for my food. Like honey take all those piercing holes out of your face and then we can talk cause I can't take you seriously especially when you have only 3 customers at your bar and takes 15 minutes to even come back over here. Literally where do they find these people

Charlene, our server, was awesome! She was super attentive and responsive to special requests. The food (vegetable omelet with city grits and Southwest Scrambler) was delicious, except I wasn’t a big fan of the biscuit beignets. I’m from Louisiana and prefer the lighter texture on New Orleans style beignets to the heavy biscuit batter used by ABE. The Bloody Mary and the Irish coffee were perfect drinks for our brunch. We will be back and will ask for Charlene to be our server.

This place has the worst service of any restaurant I have ever been to and I have given them 3 chances . The food is good but the service sucks especially if you get the wrong waitress. Every time we went we waited so long for our food I can't even believe I went back . Honestly the only reason is because the manager had given us gift cards because he knew how bad the service was and I didn't want to waste them
