I always order to-go and my fries are always cold and old, my burger was fine and I expect the cold fries but today my boneless wings were cold and old as well and I arrived before the time they indicated for pick up! I always tip So I'm super annoyed and will probably never pre-tip again I always see social media comments about patrons not tipping, I tip every single time I order and I always regret it!

Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. My friend and I went for lunch. She had chicken wonton tacos and I had a cheeseburger. I love Applebees cheeseburger. So much better than a fast food burger for the same price.

When I arrived there's no handicap in front of the door let alone any ramp to be a little bit more accessible to get from the parking lot to the sidewalk and where we end up sitting the lights were extremely dim God forbid if you turn them up just a little so we can actually see the menu I came in we were not even sitting yet and the waitress was already asking what would we like to drink when we don't even know what you guys have yet and Applebee's need to change their drink menu from Coca-Cola to have other choices available not just Coca-Cola items maybe root beer would be nice or ginger ale I ordered the honey peppered chicken pasta worst menu item ever the honey overpowered a lot of the taste of everything else and the dark breading was so overcooked and over breaded it was ridiculous I could not even eat half of it literally the first time I did not want to take leftovers home that's how nasty it was the glasses were sticky both for margaritas and regular drinks had to use napkins to hold our glasses the other menu items that we got was The Bourbon Street Chicken shrimp with mashed potatoes that was actually good the shrimp was slightly overcooked but still good I will definitely be coming back just ordering something else not the honey pepper chicken pasta that should be off the menu some people like it I definitely did not the customer service was surprisingly okay got no complaints there but I asked for no ice and I get extra ice in my drink

I haven't been to this Applebee's in nearly a year. Our service was exceptional. Applebee's food is of basic quality, but everything was prepared well and served hot. I ordered the cajun blackened salmon, and although it was a little overcooked it was still good. Portions are generous and prices, comparably, are reasonable.
My kids and I came in one night after moving all day and we were starved. Brittney greeted us and quickly got our order. Our food was out in no time and it was delicious. We've not been to Applebee's in a while because the one where we used to live was not that great but this one was much much better. Brittney took great care of us and we will be back to see her soon.

Best broccoli ever! My sirloin was good and my man's Riblets were amazing!
