Got to the restaurant at 11:07, when we walked in it was full of smoke. I assume they burned some fries or something. Ended up waiting almost 15 minutes to order even though there was only 3 people in front of us. While we were waiting to order, one of the employees informed everyone that the CO2 was out, therefore there will be no sodas for anyone, stating they didn’t have any more to fix the issue. After finally ordering (a classic roast beef combo and a smokehouse brisket combo) and getting our drinks (which our options were lemonade, tea, power ade or fruit punch), we sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. Oh, we also waited. We didn’t receive our order until 11:55, which we had to change to a to-go order because we had to be somewhere at noon. And it was the same for every single customer there. It took forever for anyone to get their food. Oh, and our sandwiches were cold by the time we got them. Recommend rebranding from fast food to medium paced food. Do not recommend anyone going there. They are understaffed and seem to be unable to process orders and make food in a timely manner.

Told us to pull up Oct 27th Friday night. The line wasn’t busy at that moment. Just one car behind us, but still wanted us to pull up for a simple order. We sat there for thirty minutes. I finally went inside and I honestly don’t know what happened, but I finally got our order. The food was old and cold and the drinks were watered down. I guess they forgot about us or something.

Decent food. However when you tell a door dasher that is the complete order it should be. Doesn't take a extra second to make sure everything is included. The industry should be focused on making sure the customer is happy that's what keeps the business running. The manager should not disrespect their employees in the way I saw. You don't yell at your crew!! People will not stay at a business they feel not respected at.
