Eat there frequently, large selection, it's setup like Subway where they fix what you want as you move down the line, they have chicken, steak, beef, etc. Tacos, burritos, bowls, and your order comes with chips. It's good.

Good food, but the kid making our stuff barely spoke even when we asked him questions and we couldn't hear our total when we paid and they made it awkward and tried to split our payments even though we were paying together.

Food was good for this Chipotle style place. Old lady stands at the register like a hawk watching and waiting to upcharge you for anything you don't know costs more. Got scammed for 1.75 upcharge for cheese on a quesadilla, 1.75 upchage on another quesadilla for mushrooms, and 1.75 for mushrooms on nachos. Place was near empty when we went but trash overflowing. Shows they don't clean up often.

The food was great and the place was clean but there was a manager on the phone using pretty bad language that my grandmother did not want to here. This was at the rainbow City restaurant. I would choose them again I just hope not to see such distasteful leadership

I was taken out for dinner and we came to eat here. My company has never eaten there before and got a build your own steak burrito I had the chicken they were filled with toppings of our choice and chips with salsa on the side and drinks and for $25 it was dinner for 2.
The quesadilla fell apart immediately upon picking it up, but luckily all the ingredients fell onto my plate so I ate it with a fork. This place wasn't busy when we arrived, so I don't know why an extra minute or two on the grill... for the quesadilla to get a little brown.... wasn't done. GBD=golden brown & delicious & would've worked here. The (now closed) Attalla location made them right & we ate there weekly. We've tried the Boaz location several times over the past 2 years, & the quality just isn't what it used to be.... & we've been patrons since 2012. When we asked for more tortilla chips, we were looked at like we were crazy, although they have a salsa bar AND we orderd cheese dip. Also, it was really Hot in the dining area.Seemed like A LOT of money to spend for the quality of food. Doubtful we'll try here again. We usually visit Chik-fil-A, but they were closed for remodeling, & this is why we visited here today. Table was sticky & the napkin containers were visibly filthy.As much as we love to support local small businesses, I do not recommend this restaurant. For the same price we paid to split a quesadilla, a small cheese dip & bottle of water here, we get two entrees, cheese dip, chips'n salsa & two drinks at a Mexican chain restaurant. In comparison, we get two plates at Cracker Barrel, drinks & unlimited bread for the price we were charged here....with friendly service.

July 18th 2023Son was placing order at counter for me him and his girlfriendEmployee told him that it was 1 item per person in an order and said that she should have had him cycle through the line for each of our items so it would have been 6 trips through the line had that happenedAnywhere I have been before an order is of varying sizes what defines the order is it's all going on one checkSo one star for service lost a star for food even though it was mostly fineThey are not as generous with the tortilla chips as they used to beProbably will not go back for awhile or will go to the other one even though it's farther away

Delicious food and loved the restaurant atmosphere, super chill and laid back.Kid-friendliness: Staff happily helped cook for my little guy and even cut his quesedilla into strips so he could easily grab to eat. Very kind!Parking: Not many parking spots, but we generally find one even if we have to wait a bitWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible and was easy for us to maneuver for my 9 yr old in her chair. Bathroom was nice and spacious, no big steps and all one level and lots of room to move between tables to move around restaurant.
