I've had problems at this dairy Queen for several years. The queso with the pretzels was the consistency of water. The milkshakes are so watered down it's unbelievable. I've ordered "extra" of items and definitely get charged but they never give the extra. If they are that greedy they need to close the doors. This is my last visit at this Dairy Queen.

Food is always hot and cooked fresh. Ice cream could use a little more treats inside, this isn’t Sonic. Play place needs to be cleaned more often but it is a good place to eat, play, and relax.

Went in to get an ice cream cake for my nephew's birthday. Employees at the front seemed like they would rather be ANYWHERE else and I get it, nobody likes working retail but come on man. Very rude, hardly said anything at all and when they did it was the bare minimum. I know these guntersville people are hard to deal with but those young kids need to have a little more respect for people.

Employee dropped some th ing on the floor and “pretended” to go get a new one and wanted to serve what was dropped on the floor very in food safe the staff is very rude and not friendly the store is also not very clean I hope they can do better ??
If you are looking for comfort food, DQ is an excellent choice. I have finally gotten a Heath Bar Blizzard, and WOW! If I ever want an ice cream treat, this is the place. I'll go back for food in the future!

As far as Burgers and Ice Cream its phenomenal. Service is good but not great. I would say this is the best Dairy Queen I have ever been to though. The burgers are very very good and the Blizzards are your typical good ice cream. My family and I really enjoy this Dairy Queen.

Best DQ ever! Customer service is top notch. Definitely wasn't what I was expecting as DQ's in other areas have trashy workers. These guys had smiles on their faces asked if we needed anything else and the food was very hot and fresh (not what I'm used to like in Huntsville). Would highly recommend this location and give these guys a 5/5 star rating! Thanks so much!!!
