Not consistent food quality. From our experience dining in the food was good, the drive thru is hit or miss. You get soggy fries or onion rings and a much smaller portion. Also I’m pretty sure my cheesesteak had no cheese or seasoning. For a $15 meal that’s unacceptable. I see very little traffic in and out of this place which is a bummer because it could be so much better.

We pulled in today and there was a trashcan that had blown into the drivethru line no big deal we just went inside to order. My daughter told them about the trashcan can and without hesitation an employee went to move it. They took our order immediately. Everything was fresh made to order including the sweet tea. The 3 employees we did see were all very polite and respectful. Under new management and you can tell!

Brand new with dirty floors is a bad look. The server was very nice just not very attentive. I ordered the cheesesteak, worst cheesesteak in my life. Due to this experience, personally i will never set foot in a hwy55 ever again.

Why can you not find a phone number for any of your restaurants? Need to speak to a manager at the Guntersville, Alabama location and there is not a number anywhere.

I had all good times when I stopped by a couple of weeks ago. Food was hot and very good. I got the BBQ Chili burger and onion rings with a Oreo Concrete. Everything was good and service was great. I’ll be back to try again for sure.

Waited until opening in the parking lot then went to the door and it was locked. Knocked a couple of times, no answer. Had to really search online for a phone number and finally found one so I called and someone answered “hello,” so I verified I was calling the restaurant and they said yes. I asked if they are open (as we were standing outside in the rain at the door, under the tiny cover)and was told at that time 11:05am they are only open to employees but would be opening to public “in a little while.” Very disappointed as we really were looking forward to trying it.

This burger place, I believe, had a bad grand opening . And people based it's food off there experience of that . Me and my wife went to grand opening. And the experience over shadowed the food . To be honest, I can't remember what we ate or how it taste back then . But I remembered we said we wouldn't go back . Me and my daughter went back this time to shake . Everything went well, but we were only people there . It's sad to see a place that someone spent a lot of money to build. And it has no customer base over their first experience. They need to send out coupons or do something to get people to give it another chance. And hopefully change it around .

I have given this place a few tries since it opened and the food quality has been terrible. Recently ordered a hamburger, french fries and onion rings. There was only one other customer in the store. No one was in drive through line. So being busy was not an excuse for the cold hamburger, cold fries that seemed to have been cooked and re-cooked, and onion rings that were a mushy glob. The food was basically inedible and I threw it out the minute I got back to work after my lunch break.I've watched the traffic go down at this place since the large amount of business they had when they first opened. It seemed this place had great potential with the great menu they have, but it seems to be poorly operated and the owners and upper management don't seem to be reacting to the problems they obviously have.I even gave the one in Boaz, AL a try by just ordering a hamburger.. it was cold and hastily thrown together. And not one other customer was there. I predict both these locations will be vacant at this time next year unless drastic changes are made. I know the employee pool is weak in this area, but there are still some in this area that take more pride in their work than what I'm seeing here.

This place has been a great place for cheesesteaks and PoBoys. Give it a second chance if your first and only experience was during there opening.

Food was okay. We came to try the new food place in town. Onion rings had pretty good breading but were room temperature at best. We asked for no mushrooms and still got mushrooms on the Philly cheese steak. We asked for honey mustard and extra honey mustard and got zero. It took about 15 minutes to get our food I think they forgot about us. But they nice enough. It's a new place so I can't expect them to be so great. Maybe we'll try again next year. Edit have given this place another shot and can't even get anyone to the speaker to take our order... just went to dairy queen instead
