I don't like the hamburger buns the are uses now the milkshake was good but the are getting where there more mike in it then ice

G used to be my favorite place to eat breakfast. New manager is rude as I have ever seen they messed up all three of our breakfast they tell me to come back any day and get a replacement and manager practically calls me a liar Made feel like I'm a theif. I did exactly what the person told me to do over the phone and I get treated like this I would never go to any Jax again

Every time I go, the sweet tea is bitter, I always have to ask for salt/pepper with biscuits and gravy, they barely give enough gravy for biscuits, and half the time no napkins. And the people are so apathetic about everything.

I love Jacks. It doesn't matter which meal I am eating, Jacks is a consistently good place to eat. In my opinion their burgers are as good as anyone's. My absolute favorite thing is breakfast, though. It is always so good! Hot and fresh!! And, of course, the best biscuits anyway!

Quality of service is horrible! You give them an order and what you asked for is not what you get. Sorry, but It's like they don't care about doing a good job, just what they get in a pay check.
