Nice place when it opened but since new management took over, the original staff seem to be no longer there so the new staff are lazy, food quality is sub-par and prices have not changed.Was hoping for a good pizza place nearby since nobody delivers to Henryville

We got take-out from here a couple of nights ago. It's the second time we've gotten the Spicy Italian pizza, and just like before, it was outstanding. The sauce used on it is fantastic. In addition to the pizza, we decided to try their spinach and artichoke dip, because it has been really well reviewed. What we were able to eat of the dip was pretty good, but the chips were definitely burnt. What's worse though was the packaging. We were absolutely dumbfounded that the dip wasn't served in some kind of container. It was just loosely dumped into the box. So by the time we got home with it, most of it had glued itself to the paper liner inside the styrofoam box. We had to try to scrape it off the paper, which ended up getting torn pieces of paper mixed in it. It also didn't seem like it had even started as a reasonable portion size for $11, but especially after most of it was attached to the packing paper. And speaking of price, we were charged two dollars more for the pizza than the price reflected on either their menu inside or the online menu. But again, it was absolutely delicious. We were just disappointed and confused by the dip's (lack of) packaging and the price.

We had the best thin crust pizza. We wanted to order the Chicago thick pie but it takes 40min to cook, we were hungry and rather not wait that long. The meatballs, pizza and service were Great! We're happy pizza Ed's is in Guntersville and we can't wait to try the ravioli and more pizza.

It's a nice atmosphere, the service was good and beer cold. Pizza was great but not exactly what we wanted...maybe we should've been more specific. We still ate all of it.

Had high expectations for this place especially after hearing the hype. Our server was wonderful but the pizza was ok at best. Very greasy and a lot of oil. I will give it a 2nd chance because of service but may have to try something else food

The Sammy Sosa deep dish pizza is fabulous. The wings had just the perfect amount of flavor and heat. The service was great.

Pizza Ed has quickly became our favorite local pizza place. We have tried several different varieties of pizzaand loved them all. We especially like their crust. Well done Pizza Ed!

We ordered just a regular new york style pizza. Took well over an hour to receive our food, and only after I had to ask for an ETA did the waitress go check on it. Waitress claimed the pizza “just came out” but it was cold and the cheese was all coagulated. Also it was much smaller than expected. Awful experience, disappointing food and service. Better off going to Dominos for a slice.
