Came in just before 9pm and was told that it would be 10-15 min wait....meanwhile a total of 6 employees at any given time were "hanging out" at the tables right inside the entrance....20 min into our wait the female hostess ask a different male employee( I assume because he was sitting with other employees) if he cared to go see if there was a seat available...he said " not really cause I am not on the books" as he got up to what seemed to be against his will to check seating. Finally after being seated, our drink orders were taken as well as appetizers....I believe the waitress may have been new due to not knowing what drinks were available on draft. Either way, she was nice and did her best to keep up with all 8 of our orders. Our food came out staggered as well as some wing orders being hot and some wing orders being cold in the center. Overall I don't feel that giving The Brick higher than a 3 star rating is appropriate at this time. It was definitely not what I expected!

We stopped on a Saturday around 2pm. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The host was nowhere to be seen and we ventured to the back on our own. A server got the host for us. After we were sat, it took a little while for the server to come and take our order. The food was served quickly and she checked on us regularly but it seemed like no one wanted to be there. I ordered the ribeye sandwich and my wife ordered a burger. Both were very bland and the steak was grey not seared. I think the grill was not hot enough when the food was cooked. Very disappointing.

I don't see us going back. This was a special dinner for our daughters graduation. I called earlier today to just give them a heads up that a larger group was going to be there at 7. My other daughter said one lady fussed for 10 minutes when she arrived to get a table for us all. The lady said that they don't do researvations. I had not made one I was only giving them a heads up so they would be expecting a group. My daughter that this was for, broke 3 forks trying to cut steak because they took all of our metal utensils and gave us plastic. When I asked the waitress why she said because they don't have a dishwasher tonight. The other people in there had metal ones. They did bring her a steak knife to use with her plastic fork. Our food was served on trays and bowls. I'm not sure who was gonna wash those and all our drink cups. My husband, son and a couple grandkids ordered tea. My son said it tasted like dish water. Him and my husband sent theirs back for something different. In a little bit from the other end of the table, my grand daughter said, Mama, this tea taste like dog water. She had no idea what had already been said about it at the other end. The men's restroom was out of order and the women's and unisex ones wouldn't flush. Our waitress was pretty nice. She only looked aggravated right after we got there so she was tipped well. My daughter picked this place because we heard that it was a nice restaurant. I just don't think I wanna try them next time we have a special dinner planned. Luckily we were all able to laugh it all off and just enjoyed being together

Was in the area and was going to stop by but after being warned by a friend I won't ever step in the restaurant ever again. They treat their staff horribly . The food was decent but could be better. From our first visit the management seemed really rude and abrasive. You can tell the servers felt uncomfortable. We thought maybe we came in on in off day. Nope it's that bad all the time. One of the bartenders was brave enough to show us the message that was sent and someone in my party asked a question on the Facebook page and they were blocked. If that is how you are going to treat your staff then no wonder they are leaving. I will not be returning and I urge others to follow suit. As a restaurant you don't get to ask why you are short staffed it's from your poor management skills. Also I want to edit to add. For you to not even answer this when a friend of ours posted on your Facebook page and proceeded to block it rather than dealing with the problem. That’s bad business

We took a friend for a surprise birthday dinner. We had a table of 12. The restaurant was not at all busy, and we were seated quickly. It took too long for someone to even stop at our table to welcome us and/or ask for our beverage order. The service and food were good, but the orders coming out of the kitchen were severely staggered. Some of our party was finished eating while others were still waiting. When we brought our feedback to the manager and server (as we were not blaming her and we wanted both of them to hear our input), the manager seemed not to care. He gave us multiple excuses as to why things were the way they were without any apology or acknowledgment. We felt as if our feedback didn't matter. We approached this whole ordeal with a positive attitude, yet he made it seem as if we were a bother, and he just wanted to be done with us.Next, when the checks (4) came to the table, not a single one of them were even close to accurate. After three iterations (and about 25 min), we gave up and paid whatever dollar amount they put on the bill. We were just ready to get on with our evening. While the food was good, and our server was attentive and apologetic, the overall dinner experience was a complete disaster.

The service was excellent. The meal was pitiful. It was wrong and when sent back instead of putting it to the front of the line they just stuck in line like a regular order. The four chicken tenders they served would not have equaled one anywhere else. Plus they tried to offer my baked potato while I waited on the tenders. Definitely Very disappointing.

This is a nice American Pub and Grill in the Art District of Guntersville. A good date night for my wife and I.Pros:The surrounding area is undergoing a significant restoration, much of which is already complete. It's a nice area to walk while you're waiting for a table.I've only eaten here once, but the food was pretty good, not the best ever, but good. Our waitress was very friendly.Cons:They somewhat slow to bring out your food. It was about 30 minutes after we placed our order that we finally got our food. The host/hostess staff at the front were not very professional. They weren't rude, but they were more like high school kids just hanging out rather than paid staff.Pro/Con?They had live entertainment. It was a guy with a guitar doing classic country. The first couple of songs were pretty good, but he was chugging beer between each song so by the 5th song his singing ability was failing. However, that made it even more entertaining for me because it gave us some comedy relief as well.Overall, I would eat there again and I recommend that you try it out as well.

I went here with some friends, the burger didn’t tase really good. I don’t like the flavor of the mango habanero wings, but the cheese sticks are good! Good environment too, I showed my friends lots of pictures of random pretty chickens. Overall, cool place!

Got a 12 ounce Ribeye steak asked for medium well. Got the steak was rare so was my mother in laws steak. Asked for another one medium well brought back the same one well done. So I didn't actually get a chance to try the steak but it was a bad experience fo me.

There was no soap in the dispenser of the ladies' restroom. How long had it been empty? Waitress hurried to get some for the dispenser when I alerted her to the fact that it was empty.Food was flavorless, wrong side was brought out twice. I accepted the second one and we had it put in a box to go, because my husband will eat it. I could have sent it back again, but by the time it was brought out, my entrée was almost gone.

This place was horrible. First off, the hostess was not pleasant and smirked that it was only my husband and myself (we were the first customers of the day). The place right off looked like it needs some serious attention to paint & overall upkeep. After leading us through the building, to the back, where the bar & seating is, she presented us with menus that looked like a kindergarten class had just finished handling them after snack time. The booth was taped together and very annoying tvs were on each booth all playing different shows. We got to endure a reality show, ugh.Once the waitess decided to wait on us, she acted as though she was mad that we were there. We ordered the steak and shrimp, medium rare. When that arrived, it was so overcooked that the steak was like shoe leather. The shrimp obviously had been quickly defrosted, as it was falling apart, which they tried to keep together with undercooked bacon.Needless to say, we didn't eat half of it and only took home the blue cheese dressing, as it was the best part of the meal.I'm not sure if they had a bad employee meeting prior to our arrival, or what, but the whole staff seemed as though they didn't want to be there. We were very disappointed, as it has good reviews online. Needless to say, we won't give them a second chance.

Good food. The service is a little on the slow side but they're doing the best they can. TVs are on every table and lots of big TV's if you like ball games. Also they have live singers/musicians that are really good. Great place for family or a big social gathering.

We went here after work to escape from an all day meeting. We had a groups of 15 and they were super accommodating. The waitress was fantastic and was always there when needed. The food was also great!

The place has has some good things going for it. Nice layout, especially at the bar. All the booths have their own TV. Dimmly lit with music overhead. We went at 4pm on a Friday. Service was friendly and food arrived reasonably fast. The mango habanero wings were really good. Even if you don't like a particular sauce, the wings themselves are great. Size and quality were equal to a dedicated wing restaurant. Hot and crispy; not greasy or under cooked. Wife said her philly was just ok but the fries were good. I'd definitely come back for wings.
