I bought a fish Sandwich from here a few days ago. I was shocksd that it was fresh and hot. They're usually sitting around and reheated. I got a bad one today. That's definitely one thing that is not good when it's been sitting around and reheated. This one definitely has. The fish gets hard. I specifically asked if it had been reheated and was lied to.

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food restaurants but just had as to the level of service we experienced and quality of food in a truck stop restaurant. Miss Rita who took our order was just as nice as could be and efficient! Offered all condiments for to go orders and got me with an add on of cheese to dip my fries in. The pregnant manager was keeping the front running. Barking out special items and handing customers their food and kept updating the crew on the line. We were very happy with our visit during the lunch time rush and thanks for getting us back on the road quicker!

Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants for $3.59 each. That's a total of $7.18. Paid, and turns out. My total was $9.13. Employees were confused too.

This is the absolute worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to!!Ordered a #2 Classic regular. Fries were cold and the container was half full the sandwich was cold the only thing that tasted good was the coke zero.

Usually service and food is good but on 9/24/23, 12:30 pm the woman working the window/speaker told us to hold & took 15 minutes to come back & even initiate the order. Then she told us to hold for 3 more minutes, there was silence, and then she asks him to repeat the order again and keeps dismissing/trying to end the order while he is trying to continue to order. She then tells us to pull up and that she will have the order out “shortly” no estimated time frame. Unhappy with this worker at Hamilton Arby’s. Took away the fast in fast food.

Yeah, I love me some Arby's, but there was definitely something wrong with my food. The sandwich I got tasted EXTREMELY salty. After a couple bites, it started to smell... just wrong. I didn't finish eating it and I had stomach cramps later that evening.
For a truck stop Arby's it was the best. Hot, lots of beef and cheeder.

The order again was absolutely messed up and the district manager was actually in there she was awesome that right there made or everything she was just very very nice on if we would have known that her order was wrong before we left we would have definitely asked to speak to her but by the time we got home and found out she was already gone so anyway and no one has called us back about our order yet so so there you go no call back no nothing yet and we were told we would be contacted I've called twice but that's the same order.

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries, I replaced the crinkle cut fries with curly fries. The fries were cold and tasted a bit off. A few minutes after eating, I ended up with food poisoning, stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea.I ate there around 6:30 p.m. I don't know what's going on at this Arby's but they're not using proper food prep and handling protocols.
