Got cheeseburgers and they were the worst ever tasted. Meat was so cooked it was crispy. Terrible!!!!waited at least twenty minutes pulled to the side with all other vehicles waiting after having paid for food.

I come to Hardees almost every morning after working a 12 hour shift. On 3/19/2024, I went to the drive through and ordered a biscuit and a sandwich and got to the drive through and realized the only cash i had was a hundrend dollar bill. I ask the lady who was possibly a new employee if it was ok to give her the cash i had and she said yes. I then waited for a couple minutes and look over and realize the manager was with her counting the change out. The obnoxious manager lady acted hateful and said "We dont take hundreds this early in the morning!" and literally threw the money at me. I then informed her that I ask the other worker if it was ok and she said yes. The manager the said in a snappy, hateful tone that "It's ok this time!!!" and then turned around and stormed off as if she just didn't have time for this. The other female worker looked at me like she knew that her manager was definitely not professional. I informed the other female worker that her boss lady definitely needed to work on her communication skills. What i suggest is if you dont like your job working with the public or have poor communication skills you definitely don't need to be a manager and that is if you work in any type of public atmosphere all. You definitely also dont want to train people to be like this manager was. To be simple about it learn how to talk to people especially people who are spending money at your establishment.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews so I left 5 stars. Only reason why I am doing this is because I would like for management to see this and the service workers. I am begging you, please work on your customer service. When I come in there I am usually having a good day until I go there. The attitude problems are putting me in a bad mood. Can you please just try being nicer please? Also, every time I get someone in a bad mood, my order is wrong. I am given things that I haven’t ordered or things are getting left out and it takes up soooo much time that I just call it a loss and go home. Please y’all, please improve. Everyone has pretty good customer service except for this Hardee’s often. Not all the time but 90% of the time.

Their biscuits are great! The drive-thru is the slowest I have ever been in! It says on Sundays it is open from 5 am to 10 pm, I believe. But people were trying to enter for breakfast, and the doors were locked. So I know they lost at least 10 customers. The food has always been good though!

When you go there for a biscuit breakfast sandwich to sit in the drive-thru and then be told the oven is broken and so no biscuits. Reminds us why we stopped going here. Something is either out or not available or even working....a sign on the menu board would works wonder. We gave them a chance and yet again didn't come through.....and for a small town this is just sad.

I ordered a number? Which was a sausage and egg biscuit. I asked for cheese on it. I got a sausage biscuit with cheese NO egg. Took it back she handed me a sausage and egg biscuit no cheese she already through the other one away before I could grab the cheese. This one the egg was a thin piece and brown. Come on give us some egg that's there and not browned. They were out of OJ. Come on Hardee's what happened to you. Maybe you need to retrain your cooks or wait staff.

Stopped for breakfast on 9/25/23. Food was cold hasbrowns were cold and tasted like oil they where not crisp at all. Cashier put order in wrong asked if we wanted to upsize but they were oit of large. I asked why I didn't get large that's when tjey said we are out. This was a very bad visit and I don't think I will return anytime
