Ordered through door dash. Ordered Chipotle Chulupa, Chipotle Chicken Burrito, Grilled cheese burrito. They got the order all wrong. I had to contact door dash to get my money back. They added lettuce and avacado ranch to the chicken Chipotle burrito. Which was disgusting. On the Grilled cheese burrito they used refried beans instead of black beans.. The Chipotle Chulupa was just disgusting. The Chulupa shell was stale.. Ruined our appetite entirely..
Service is dependent on the day you come, this paticular time they didnt let you know it was ready and it was left cold and practically uneatable. They also put lettuce in a taco that was specified not to have lettice in it. Though they guy at the register was just trying to do his best and I feel sympathy for that as I have worked in fast-food before. So probably would've been a better experience with more employee training and customer outreach.

I ordered 2 steak chalupa supremes with no lettuce. Shells cold and hard, and they were soaked from the juice of the steak and so much sour cream that every bite was cold. I forced 1 down but couldn't the 2nd. Very disappointed!
