I often use the Dunkin app. I was excited to get a free iced latte. When I went to order it the employee at the drive thru put in my order and said she can’t see the app and didn’t know the layout of the app. No where on the app did it say free iced latte but I was hopeful I could get it under the “iced coffee” section. I almost had 900 points. Anyway they had already made the drink and expected me to pay (not to mention scanned my points and I can’t get them back). The points were useless. You would think the employees would know the layout of the app before expecting you to pay.

Wish zero stars were possible. The elderlyFemale Manager is terrible and should be fired immediately! She is loosing buisness and is toxic to your company. This locations service and products have consistently gotten worse, with her there. We ordered a dozen donuts, paid, and received only half dozen. I asked about the remaining donuts and then the manager came to the window and yelled, "what's your problem!?" She has a Serious Attitude Problem and no idea about customer service. I explained that the problem was I paid for a dozen and got half, she asked me to pull to the 2nd window. I said no, I will wait here for the remainder of my order and I that didn't need any more attitude from her. She then yelled "your the one with an attitude!" and slammed the window shut. needless to say, this will be the last visit to this dunkin location. Fire this sorry excuse of a manager ASAP!

I love this Dunkin and I stop fairly regularly on my way to work, but today when I stopped by around 2pm, it seemed like there was only one teenager working (maybe there was someone else in the back I didn’t see?). He was doing a fantastic job (he was awesome!) but it did look like he was doing everything himself. Please hire more employees so that you’re not overworking any one person!!

There drinks are not consistent and the one I got today was horrible. I tried calling and they wouldn't answer the phone. I asked for a couple of napkins and only got one. The teenagers there are horrible. Going to Dutch Bros from now on.

I know you will see this , but we forgot your name...But the district manager was working the window , and offered one of the best customer service experiences.She was busting her tail helping everywhere she could with her employees.We were only there to get donuts, but her up sale pitch was amazing.Ended up spending $25.Iced Coffee was amazing , donuts were amazing and the breakfast sandwiches were great .We definitely will be back.

New manager horrible coffee. Since the older lady manager has started working the quality of food and service has drowned. Drinks don’t taste the same they barely have any flavor or come out chunky? Can’t wait for Dutch Bros to open next door.

Gave this location a few tries, but it’s consistently lacking in customer service and drinks aren’t made correctly. Other Dunkin locations have much better service. Do better….

I've always had a good experience with the Hampton Dunkin. Each time I've stopped by they are friendly and hardworking, they give helpful suggestions on the menu and help me use my app rewards to the fullest. My husband stops by there after work and tells me they're really patient and give great customer service even when he forgets what I ordered! Really appreciate it.

Harassed by manager when she asked for donation to charity, no means no. Ordered a large cappuccino and got a cup of foam, then the employee argued with me that a cup full of foam is a cappuccino. Rude, awful Karen manager. I'd call her manager, but it's probably another Karen.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Chasity needs to have a sit down with her manager. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been to this location, or any Dunkin’ drive through for that matter. I stopped for my daughter in the hospital. I order, young lady says pull to window. As I do, I drive to what looks like the DD window. As I pull past a first window a woman leans out and starts yelling at me. She finally comes to my window, without a word takes my card and slams the window. Apparently upset she had to walk the extra 5 feet. She brings me my order, again not a word. Starts to slam again and I tried to explain I didn’t know to stop and she’s treating me as if I’d insulted her. Her response….”I tried to stop you” and starts to slam the window again! I call her back and said “ma’am this is poor customer service I didn’t know !” She still wanted to argue! DD your employee Chasity really needs a re briefing on how to treat your customers. I will absolutely never visit this place again. I’ve heard they have horrible customer service, never witnessed it myself until now. Do better Dunkin

Pulled into Dunkin's this morning to place my order. Set in line like everyone but right after I ordered behind 4 people, I was cut off by big trucks cutting line in front of all drivers for call in orders. After finally getting to the window I asked if they allowed drivers to just cut line like that, she replied yes and I told them I no longer wanted my order and I wouldn't be back. Set up a pick up line or something but don't make the people that ordered in line to wait while you let those drivers cut in front of everyone. Been to a lot of Dunkin's up and down the east coast and never dealt with anything like that. Won't be back
