I was an hour from home when I stopped here , by chance due to being rerouted through this town from Birmingham. They were slammed & only had one cashier, I didn't get his name, but he'll know who he is because he was runnIng the store with a manager who couldn't be found. The manager walked in from outside because he had been out back smoking for way too long, when my card declined. My credit union has locked it due to suspicious charges. With the efficiency of the team working and how smooth the long line was moving along we were hopeful to have a good lunch. We were very disappointed however. Prime lunch time and the Mac n cheese was cold and tasted old, surf and turf was a very small portion given the price of it, not sure if what we got was right but it was very scarce, the chicken tenders with it were just bad. Very sad to have such a nice place with a poor outcome.
