didn’t give us any of the sauces or forks we asked for. had to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes before they would take my order and once they finally did i had to wait another 15-20 at the window. food was cold

Unfortunately when you both live and work in Harpersville, you have to eat jacks at some point. And it’s sad, because I actually love jacks. This jacks is awful and has been for years no matter what time or day you go, it’s going to take forever. Drive thru, inside, doesn’t matter, you’re going to wait. 90% of the time the order isn’t going to be remotely correct.

I bought three 4 piece chicken strip meals and all were missing a strip. Most if the strip that were included were smaller than nuggets and the fries had no seasoning. When I tried calling about the missing food, No one answered.

Best Jacks I've ever been to! Friendly staff! I get my food quickly and its all warm and delicious! I almost given up on Jack's due to the awful experience I had in columbiana but thanks to the one is Harpersville I'll be eating Jacks more often.

I experienced 16 LOUD untrained unorganized & uncaring employees creating total chaos!!! When the older lady in front of me said it had been 15 minutes the lady at the register screamed at her proceeded to open the register & give her a refund. I felt bad for the lady & her husband when they just left. Totally unacceptable!!!!!
