Went to the Grape Stomp a few years ago and had a blast. It's where we became familiar with Morgan Creek wines and we've been buying them ever since. They have a great gift shop, too. Looking forward to visiting again.

We have been visiting every year for a few years now during muscadine season and never disappointed. The gift shop is beautifully decorated with clean restrooms. There’s a sweet lady that’s running it and I’ve never gotten her name but she’s been there every year we’ve visited. The wine is sweet and delicious. And the best part is eating straight from the vine. They offer different varieties of the fruit and they’re all delicious. Everything is reasonably price and worth the drive if you don’t live close.

The best winery I have been to! Wine tasting was fantastic. You can buy a glass and walk around the winery. Prices were very affordable compared to other wineries and they even have a wine slushy!! I couldn’t ask for more

Great winery. My hubby and I’d been here several years ago while doing the Shelby Wine Trail. Wanted to return and try it again along with a couple of newer wineries on the trail. Brought friends along and we enjoyed the beautiful grounds and friendly service for the tasting. Came home with 2 bottles. The Carlos and Regal Red are our faves! The wine slushie samples were awesome as well!

Michael and I love coming to visit Morgan Creek Winery. Leigh Anne is always a welcoming sight and such a pleasure to talk to while sampling wines. We love the Carlos slushies and one of my favorites is the peach and blueberry or blackberry sangria.

Great little family vineyard, that holds big flavor. On the tour we got to where and how they make the delicious stuff and the tour guide was very sweet and helpful.Wine tasting was a nice experience and helped us decide which wines we would buy. Then enjoyed a glass of wine on the front porch overlooking the vineyard.

We passed Morgan Creek signage on 280 and decided to stop by. There were a few others ahead of us at the wine tasting table so we had to wait which was OK however when it was our time we felt rushed, nothing to clean the palate between the small tastings, no explanation of the wine we were tasting other than the name. The tasting was free but i would rather pay and feel like i was worth being waited on. Over all not a very friendly staff. We did buy 2 bottles of the blush which is very good. We left there and went to another winery and had the full treatment.... Bottled water with oyster crackers and dark chocolate. We paid for the tasting but got to keep the glass and felt like we were appreciated for coming in.
