This location keeps getting worse… the driver pulls up in driveway, husband gets up and walks to the door and sees him get out and go to passenger side then come back to driver side and get in car and leaves. He’s standing at the front door looking at him. The driver doesn’t acknowledge him at all and just leaves with the pizzas. On another occasion the delivery driver is showing in app as literally in front of my house for like 15 mins. There’s no one there… i call the store and the response is I gotta call and see. The food from there is usually dry and lacking in toppings. And I can’t even choose to get a delivery from the store up the road. The app forces you to order from that one to give them business!!! Guess what you won’t be getting any more business from me.

Terrible service, very unprofessional. Ordered from the app normally, to be delivered in 20-30 mins. I received it 4 hours later. I tried calling multiple different times and never got an answer. I've heard other people have had the same problems with this store. No response from store or customer support.

Management needs to sort out this new location. Seems like they just can't keep up with all the orders which is surprising given the one just up the road on 53 still exists. Rushing to get thru orders is killing the quality as well.I've ordered twice now from this location since opening, first time was 45-55 mins after ordering til food was ready, the app says ~25 mins until you get to the checkout, but at least the 45-55 was accurate. This time the estimate was 45-55 mins at checkout but in reality it took about 90 mins just for a pickup order of two medium pizzas. When I finally got my food the pizza didn't have any BBQ sauce which was the only sauce supposed to be on it, the other standard sauce pizza was pretty dry as well.This store has a long way to go to reach normal Domino's standards.

Ordered delivery from this location and they cancelled my order after they made my food. Tried to call and nobody would answer the phone hung up after 20 minutes.
If I could give lesser stars I would. I've ordered from this store twice in the hopes something would change and there won't be a third. This store has been super late with my food both times and it's only 5min away. 45min after I was told it's on the way. The second time I didn't even get all of my order. Not to mention the entire neighborhood could hear the delivery drivers music. Maybe if they focused more on delivers instead of cruising iTunes things would be different. No more business from me.

Had family in from out of town. Ordered 3 pizzas. Online it said about 25 min. I was tracking the pizzas and it showed that after about 45 min it came out of the oven and then sat there in the store for another 45 min before they even attempted to deliver it, which took another 25 min. By the time they got to us, the thin and crispy was thin and soggy, the hand tossed looked flat like a thin crust, and the pan looked fake. They were all cold and shriveled. I could have gotten better from the grocery store. it's what I should have done. Well lesson learned, I will never give this dominoes my business again. And this was on a Tuesday night.
