I can’t not even to begin to express how amazing my pizza was. I ordered a large cheese stuffed crust and it was cooked to perfection.Pizza was cooked and ready in a very fast turnaround. I was shocked, but the manager who was working tonight on 4/18/2024 she made sure this pizza was absolutely perfect.I think she deserves to be rewarded with some extra pay for her outstanding efforts.

Best pizza I’ve had besides going to Nashville to get till 5 pizza. I literally have no complaints. Good crust, good sauce, and great amount of a cheese pull, I did get a stuffed crust but still A+ for the effort!

We were refunded, but after eating pizza last night everybody in my house is sick. We didn’t finish the pizza because I knew it had a bad taste. My husband, myself & 2 toddlers are so sick. This is the only meal we all ate together yesterday so I know it was this. The manager wasn’t apologetic at all she just kept saying everything was the correct temperature and she doesn’t know how this could have made us sick etc, but she will look into it. Definitely don’t recommend eating here

Haven't tasted the food yet, so haven't rated it. I placed an online order at approx 7:40 pm. Was advised on line that my order would be ready between 8:57 and 9:07. Arrived at 9:00 pm . They hadn't even started my order. The front door area was dirty. The young man came to the front and told me something about 2. After about 10 minutes waiting and other customers receiving their food, I asked for clarification about what 2 was. The young man told me they had just started my order. Meaning I waited for over 2 hours for my food. The store manager in charge told me it was Friday and there was nothing she could do... they called the general manager Beth, who advised me that I could not to come back to the store and called me rude because my voice was elevated when. Yea im fruatrated , ive waited OVER 2 hours for my food that i prepaid for and was told its friday. Saying her staff is kids. So why did you as the manager leave kids in charge of your store??? If I could give customer service a negative number I would.
Worst experience. Inept and rude staff. Waited one hour and still no pizza. Every time I asked about it it was “in the oven”. People were demanding refunds left and right. Not going back there. Get your act together!!

Wife and I were stopping at Publix to pick up some groceries and decided to first stop at Papa John's to order a pizza for dinner for the two of us. Our plan was to go in and order, do our quick shopping at Publix, and then pick up the pizza and go home. All walking distance.We went in and stood there for at least 5 minutes with nobody saying a word to us. As we were patiently waiting, we happen to notice an employee behind the counter in the process of making two pizzas. This guy, with no gloves, was using his bare hands to pick up every ingredient and throw them on the pizza. My wife and I silently looked at each other in disgust. As we turned back to look at him again, he was in the process of wiping his face and then he started scratching his head, with his bare hands. He then continued to pick up ingredients and throw them on the pizzas. Again, with his bare hands.At that point, my wife and I pretty much lost our appetite and quickly decided to leave. Turns out that we are glad we were ignored for 5 minutes as it gave us time to observe the disgusting and unsanitary procedure this Papa John's uses to make a pizza. We did what we normally do and went home and cooked dinner.There is no way we will ever buy a pizza from this place. Totally unsanitary and gross.

Placed an order through the app at 5:30pm, said 50-60 minute wait time which is perfectly fine. At 7 (1.5 hours later) my order is marked delivered (via papa John's app). Still has not been delivered 30 minutes later at 7:30. Store team had no resolution or answers besides to refund the money.
