Glenda and I recently discovered this amazing little hidden gem in the small town of Heflin Alabama. Great food, great service, in a very comfortable atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and take a little trip to Heflin, and check it out. Tell Michael and Willard Kevin & Glenda sent you.
I took my wife here for our anniversary. The next day she demanded a divorce. I'm so thankful to Almost Italy restaurant for making this happen for me. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Loved having lunch at this cozy little spot on Heflin Main Street! I had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and it was perfect! A great portion and great flavor! For an appetizer the toast with ricotta and honey was perfect! What a beautiful combination of flavors! A mist is trying Michael’s homemade meatballs which are worth the trip!
