I've been here multiple times, and they just don't do it right. A subway series sandwich costs more than a custom sandwich. But after making my footlong meatball marinara with fresh mozzarella and they charged my order for "The Boss", which costed at least 3 dollars more than what I ordered. They also won't actually use a coupon when you hand it to them, found that out after 6 coupons. Would not recommend eating here.

What good is the coupons if they won't accept them. I know you have to use the coupons for certain sandwiches but the lady behind the counter will not accept the coupons and when you ask for extra onions or vinegar and oil she looks at you like you are robbing her and she will only put a drop of extra. I'll be driving to Oxford from now on it used to not be that way.

This is the cleanest subway I've ever seen so kudos for that, BUTGuy behind counter is hard to understand & extremely rude ended up yelling at me. Meat is hidden so you can't see what they are putting on your sandwhich. There was a misunderstanding on my order & it was fixed by the man, but he's not a friendly guy easily irritated & abrupt & seems to have no understanding that the way he talks is hard to understand.I live in Heflin, but will go to another Subway from now on.
12/16/23 all coolers are broken. Hot beer that cashier(probably owner) says he will sell to customers knowing that beer is ruined. Like most gas stations they charge semi trucks for parking. So for all delivery trucks that go here to deliver you are part of the problem as well. Don't keep places like this in business.

I ordered a Roast beef 12" I noticed when she was making it they have the meet hidden so you cant see how much meet they are actually giving you on your sandwich. When I opened the Sandwich it had very little meat, so I paid over $13.00 for it and could have fixed my own for 6 bucks. Last time I will go there. Thank you subway
