“This location used to be ok at best. They were always slow, rude and got your order wrong. So i didnt eat here for a while, at lesst a year or two. But this year I decided to give them a try again. I have to say they have been great. The staff is super nice even when they are busy. My food is fresh and hot evrrytime I've gone. I order on the app and they have I have very rarely had to wait at all for my food.“
“Absolutely delicious experience at The Copper Train in Alabaster! From the cozy atmosphere to the warm welcome upon entering, this charming coffee shop quickly became a favorite spot. The 'Alabaster' drink, with its perfect blend of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa syrup, espresso, and steamed milk, was an absolute delight. It's become my top choice for a morning pick-me-up before heading out to show homes to buyers. Highly recommend!"“
“Love this gem of a place!! Highly recommend anyone in the mood for boba to stop and enjoy delicious boba teas in a cozy comfortable spot. Staff is super nice and friendly. They even told me if I didn’t like the drink I ordered, they would make me a different one.“
“The atmosphere is very good, the music isn't too loud, or too quiet. My iced hot chocolate was very tasty. My chocolate chip cookie was warm and delicious. The person at the counter was very personable. Definitely will come here again!“
“This place is an absolute gem! Super small and local establishment, they have delicious coffee and snacks, and the baristas (especially Bailey) are absolute masters of the craft!Definitely worth a stop and a chat! Bring your favorite book and enjoy the great atmosphere and awesome people!“
“We made a quick pitstop at this local coffee and sandwich shop. It's a cute converted shopping container with a wide array of sandwiches, coffees, snow cones and more! They even had dairy free milk options for your coffee. They were super friendly with a large parking lot shared by a grocery store. They had a small patio and games for kids.Great pit stop one mile from a local dog park too!“
“I’m an employee here, and it’s still my favorite spot in Birmingham! They catered for my wedding as well which was amazing!Dietary restrictions: They offer Joyful food which is gluten and dairy free! They also have almond and milk at milk options.“
“Krispy Kreme, Dunkin Donuts, overrated much but Donut Joe's is on top, literally the only donut shop in Pelham that is worth visiting.Food: About as good as you are gonna get, the vanilla flavored donuts with sprinkles in your mouth will surely make you spring up in joy. Or how about a big ol cinnamon bun to go along with your day. There are many varieties to choose from, pick your poison! ?Atmosphere: Small but yet so sweet, what happens if there are a lot of people inside? I wonder, it makes you feel at home though. Outdoor seating gives it more area to work with and not to mention plenty of parking spaces too.Service: I met an old friend that I used to hang out with in high school so that made my memories tingle a little bit and I know for a fact that the employees will make you a top priority when entering inside. You will certainly be a VIP whenever you're at Donut Joe's.“
“We discovered this coffee shop while visiting Birmingham for a couple days. The coffee is excellent - smooth, rich without acidic after taste. They even made me a flat white! Delicious brown sugar scone. The ambiance is relaxing as a vibrant community gathering place.“
“Today, I celebrate my 1-year anniversary attending creACTive Wellness and I love it here! I attend yoga 2-3 times a week and I can truly say that I feel my best self. I've done trapeze and beginners. The hardest part of doing yoga is showing up. CreACTive has really helped me find my community.“
“My first time.I don't really know anything about this town however I do know it's important to know future visit! My God all that food on my plate!I ate all of it too...The coffee took me all the way into the am breakfast experance.....“
“It's that time of year for red cups. There are thousands of Starbucks, they basically serve the same drinks, food, and also selling the same Starbuck's merchandise. What makes this place unique, the customer service. The cheery greetings, small conversations with the staff while waiting for your drinks. That's what hospitality is all about. Kudos to an amazing store that knows how to deliver a product by adding a smile, greeting, and overall kindness to your day!“
“My daughter's future mother-in-law reserved this Santos Coffee House for a private wedding shower and it was wonderful! The staff was so kind and allowed my other daughter (the maid of honor) and all the hostesses to arrive an hour early to set up decorations and favors as the staff set up the pastries and breakfast sandwiches. There were about 60 people in attemdance and we were all comfortable. Everyone had a great time and commented what a great idea it was to have the shower there!“
“Let's get this bread! I stopped by Alabama Biscuit for the 1st time the other day. Alabama Biscuit has 2 locations, White Oak Dr in Cahaba Heights & Rocky Ridge Rd in Vestavia. I visited the Rocky Ridge location. They serve breakfast & lunch along with coffees, teas & fresh squeezed OJ. Alabama Biscuit's specialty is fresh baked biscuits made from stone-ground sprouted spelt flour & local dairy products. I ordered the Bacon du Jour featuring house apple butter, sliced local apple, conecuh bacon, farm egg, grass-fed cheddar, grain mustard & shaved fennel. The 1st thing I noticed was the lovely presentation. The saying, "you eat with your eyes first", is absolutely correct. It tasted as amazing as it looks..super interesting flavor profile with the saltiness of the conecuh bacon, sweetness from the apple & apple butter, sharpness of the cheddar, creaminess of the egg & mild anise flavor of the fennel. Together it created the perfect harmony for the palate. The grain mustard definitely enhanced it as well. The actual biscuit itself was also extraordinary. Nice & fluffy, but sturdy enough to hold up to all the ingredients. I was pretty impressed by Alabama Biscuit. Service was friendly & helpful. You order at the counter & your meal is brought to you. Relaxed atmosphere. When I posted this place on my story, a few of you reached out to me & recommended the Croque Madame, which I'll definitely have to try next time. I gave up caffeine long ago, but the coffee smelled amazing & I imagine it's excellent. Really glad this place isn't far from home. I'll definitely be back!“
“Don’t ever go to this location! Upon placing my order and pulling to the window, I handed the nice gentleman my card to pay (35.00 for 3 drinks!) I’m ok with spending that much as long as they are good drinks. Well I verified that there wasn’t be whip on them and the RUDE barista making the drinks( didn’t catch her name but I saw she was a taller woman, long dark hair, said very rudely when he reminded her of the whip “did he tip?” Now I’m sorry is it any of her business if I tipped or not? NO! She needs to stay in her lane, make My drinks and keep her comments to herself! I wasn’t given the option to tip in the first place. She needs to be knocked off of her high horse and learn to be humble and grateful she has a job. It’s people like her that make people refuse to go to certain places ever again! I WILL BE CONTACTING HIGHER mgmt about her lovely comment. Maybe she can go work somewhere where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. I know I would never want her to fix ANYTHING of mine with that nasty snotty entitled attitude!Do better Starbucks! Do better!“
“The location is close to my home, so it's convenient, but I don't think I would go out of my way to visit otherwise. My experiences have been with the Patchworks Farms location only, and it's possible other locations are different. For a coffee shop, I feel it's way too loud of an environment likely due to the high ceilings. It's hard to have a meeting or conversation when there are a number of folks there. There are more "private" booths, but they are almost never available. The coffee/tea is OK. Not earth shattering, IMO, but that's just my taste. The pastries/muffins are always decent, as is the Conecuh biscuit. I skip the other food items as they are bland.Lately I've taken a couple extra minutes and went to another local shop up the street. Smaller, quieter, and a better environment for a 1:1 meeting.“
“Standard coffee fare. Drinks are always good quality. Continually disappointed by this location randomly closing earlier than stated hours of operation. It makes us skip this location if we plan to visit within an hour and a half before close. They may be open. Maybe not.“
“I love what they have to offer.A little bit more time of listening needs to be taken when a customer is ordering. I had a little bit of confusion so I received an incorrect size at no cost to me.If they don't repeat back your order, I would suggest you do.I enjoyed my drink and will be back.“
