Ordered a $80 order and the girl on the front line just put it up for pickup and didn't tell me when she knew I was there waiting for my order. I waited an hour and a half until I finally walked up to ask and saw my order waiting for me. I don't know how long it had sat there but I know everything was ice cold when I tried to eat it. And there was no one in the dining room at the time. Stupid!
I hate driving out of my way for doors to be locked 35 minutes before closing. Luckily the drive thru was still open but that’s beside the point of the restaurant.

Do not go!!!Everytime I come here the food is messed up or something is wrong. Customer Service is a hit or miss I went today got nacho fries only had about half a container and when I got to looking at them these are just fries from kfc. There’s no seasoning on any of them. Also the cinnamon twist tasted like hand sanitizer or some type of chemical is all over them. All of our tacos were wrong and had sour cream on them after I repeatedly said we had a dairy allergy at our house and no sour cream or cheese..I keep trying to give them chances but at this point I’m done going there. 46$ wasted on dinner that no one wants/or can have.

Every time I come here I have the best experience! Employees are the best, food is always delicious, and if there ever is a problem they are on top of it! I love this place
Taco Bell suffered - from COVID since COVID was with us the workforce has lost all concept of customer service. The food has never been great but the price made up for the lack of quality. Now the food is priced with everything else coming out averaging maybe seven or eight dollars a meal way too much for the quality of food received at Taco Bell.
