Great coffee shop to visit when in the area. Asked the cashier/barista what she recommended and she suggested the caramel latte and it was delicious. Definitely give them a visit if your in the mood for some coffee. Bought a really cute shirt here too!

This place is awesome! My wife and I walked in early afternoon and one of the girls(Torrey) was singing, what a joyful place and a great atmosphere to create. The young man (Devin) that took our order was nothing but smiles and kindness! Then John made his and my very first frappe. The coffee was some of the best around, the environment is by far the best around. The purpose is what makes this place so special though...with other options for coffee everywhere, this place stands out and answers the question, why coffee? If you're going to drink coffee, drink it and buy it for a purpose. This place has a phenomenal purpose!

Bitty & Beau's coffee is a wonderful place. The building itself is small but offers so many different options for seating - even an upstairs area for studying and reserving rooms.I like a bit of coffee with my cream and flavorings :-) and my coffee was very good. Not the best coffee you can have in town but it works for those of us that like coffee and I believe those who are a bit more on the snobby side of the coffee.To top all of that off, the staff is out of this world friendly. The young woman at the register yelled out hello to us as we came in. I was ready to move in and stay there.The owners have yet one more trick up their sleeves. They hire special needs staff. They have designed everything to make the staff comfortable and excel in their different roles and each person we met was friendly and nice. Excellent idea and execution of the designed goal of the owners.How do you know when your order is ready? Well, you need to go in and find out. It is cute and you won't be disappointed.Parking: Limited number of spots beside the coffee shop itself but plenty of street parking but remember, it is Homewood and all parking is a bit of a premium.Wheelchair accessibility: The whole restaurant is about accessibility regardless of your need. Go and you will have no difficulties getting in and finding seating.

This coffee shop is an absolutely wonderful experience. I went here with my book club recently. You are greeted as you walk in and there is lot of seating. We are a group of 6 and was able to find a large table near the counter. Theres even an upstairs that you can sit and 2 conference style rooms you can book for free! Everything is very affordable. I just got an ice coffee with caramel flavoring and a rainbow bagel! Both were very good. I also loved the personalized note and thought the card for coffee/food pick up was a fun touch! The only downside is there is not a lot of parking, but you can park across the street at the civic center!.

I absolutely love what they're doing here at Bitty & Beau's. They have a great mission statement that definitely meets each customer one cup of coffee at a time. It is a very fun vibe here and everyone is so sweet all the time. Fantastic customer service! The coffee served is also amazing!!!! I was shocked. However, if you're looking for a place to study, it is quite dark inside and they have an outdoor seating but if the weather isn't great...overall I like this place a lot! Well earned!

Recently discovered Bitty and Beau's and will become a regular! Coffee is great, but my favorite part is the conference rooms upstairs. It's perfect for a meeting and they even have reservations online. In the past month I've held about half a dozen interviews for a position I have open and I'm glad they offer this quiet space upstairs.
