Got curbside Togo. The boneless wings were burnt black, the Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was nasty and not made correctly, the kitchen didn't fix any of it right and the poor guy running it out was trying to fix multiple messed up orders. Im not wasting my money here any more

It was Artic inside! Others complain also. Server dbl sat herself then she got a 4 top. 4 top was young ppl with lots of requests. She took our drink order then went to the 4top. They had complicated drink order then went ahead and ordered food. Server came back to us and asked what we were drinking she forgot. She finally got our drinks to us along with the 4top. We were about to leave when the drinks came. Finally food order was taken. I ordered nachos. Did not realize it wasn't a plate full of nachos but indiv chips with the topping on each individual chip. Ok they weren't bad. Chicken crispers was the other meal. Thought this would be ckn strips but it was a bunch of fried chicken pcs. They were ok but the fries were horrible. Tasted old. Floor was disgusting, looked as if food had been smeared on it and not cleaned for days. A table near us sat dirty the entire time we were there. I was trying to pay and the server needed to clean our table then. I wasn't finished with my tea and she took it! Everything off the table!. Will not be back!

Service here is God awful, I doordash and normally stand at the pick up counter for 10 minutes before anyone even notices, for an order that was ready before I even got there.I went to pick up another order and just went behind the counter and grabbed it myself, not a soul even looked in my direction...

I've been to this Chili's when it had standing water from a leak and that wasn't even my worst experience here.Fries were cold, strawberry lemonade was bad, and chicken tenders were so bad that the table next to us also sent theirs back.Pricing also makes no sense. Meal deals that are cheaper than the entrée alone. Chips and dip for $15. Should be avoided. Cook out shoes the street is 1/4 the price and better.
Used to love going to Chili's but this is the third time recently I've gone to this location and I've decided not to go back. One waitress for as best I could count over 10 tables and she was quite forgetful which I understand when you'd ask for refills or condiments for your food. Used to love Chili's but cannot continue to spend $65 for lunch for two people with that kind of service. Very disappointed

Waitress served our large party quickly and efficiently-refills were brought when drinks were 7/8 done. Chili's is always consistent and has a nice variety of dishes for large groups.

The only problem that I had with this place was that all the staff were in the kitchen chatting and no hostess there to greet us when we came in. We waited for about 5 minutes before anyone came out and noticed us standing there. Other than that the service was quick and the food was good. I wish they had more vegetarian items on their menu.
