“First time trying and it was good. I’m not from here so We came around 5:30 but the menu board was messed up so I had to go with what was most popular. We ended up getting a 2 chicken biscuits , 2 medium hash browns and a pork chop with gravy. Everything was good. Sauce and napkins were in the bag.“
“Everything was good and fresh they just didn't add enough meat I had a corn beef sandwich and they put about four thin slices for about ten dollars it doesn't make sense it needed more but I will think about maybe going back.Wheelchair accessibility: No access to store I had to walk down the way to get access.“
“I finally got a chance to visit the new location since they moved from across the street! It’s really nice and quiet at this location. Plenty of outside parking places. The interior is very clean and comfortable, colorful with the large prints menus across the counter. I didn’t notice the computers setup on the side to place my order if paying by card or cash with cashier. Very nice and efficient! You can watch your order being made from the back as you wait to the side or be seated & be called. I was a has received my order just as I received a call that was important. I got my box and was about to leave as the other gentleman who had helped me with the kiosk selections, stopped me and told me to wait bc he was making me a fresh Crispy Chicken taco!I was shocked that the other young man gave me my order without telling all of my order was inside my box! Needless to say I had to wait about 4-5 minutes for the item to be done! The food was hot, but now it was warm & my icee drink was flat or melted! Overall the service was good and the food tastes good! The young man apologized for the wait time and was very professional! “Just got me a turkey bacon club six inch and my goodness the bread was so soft and the sandwich was awesome. It's been a long time since I had a great deli sandwich. And the service was top notch with smiles and everything! I will be coming back.“
“Easy and quick and correct! That's ny favorite things about fast food and this Arby's hit the head of the nail. They did a great job took less than 5 mins pulling in ordering and receiving food. Food was hot and correct and good and service was polite.“
“I always love the food here but this was my first time coming inside instead of going through the drive through. My daughter and I got here at the perfect time. As we were placing our order at the kiosk, a line formed almost out of the door. The team did a really good job of jumping in and handling the crowd and getting the food out in a timely manner. Great hustle. There were a few hiccups I saw with some of the orders from what I observed but those were handled quickly from what I could tell. I noticed all this because I worked in the food industry for a long time and appreciate these things when I see them and I know restaurants don't get enough compliments in this area. “The food was great that wasn't the problem, the young man working the counter was very very respectful. My problem was the female cashier was very very rude to a Hispanic couple placing their order. It was very clear that the Hispanic gentlemen could not speak good English, instead of her trying to understand and be patient with the PAYING CUSTOMERS she yelled at him to speak up and then laughed as if it was funny.“
“I liked Hibachi before new management and I still like them...a Lot. The food is really tasty and my son craves the egg rolls. They are the BEST. Not too fat and not too little. The only new item I was not impressed with was the chicken sticks. They were little tiny strips of meat and not breaded. My favorite are the egg rolls, crab rangoon, and the dumplings (fried). I really like the Teriyaki bowls and Asian bowls. I did not give 5 overall stars because of the prices. Some items are restaurant prices, especially the egg rolls...at almost $3 a piece, that adds up quick. But, I usually splurge on payday since sons and I like theirs more than anybody.“
