We went to Rails & Ales in Leeds to try Simones Kitchen, I'm a huge "food truck" follower. Well, it was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Cajun Trio Pasta, The LBC Fries, Buffalo Egg Rolls... it just kept getting better & better. Waited less than 10 minutes, we WILL be back. 100% amazing! Thx so much! ?
Had a few selections of food trucks at the Birmingham Zoo October Fest, decided to try Simones stuffed grilled cheese and buffalo chicken egg rolls. The guy at the window lured my wife in with temptations of grilled cheese, at this point I knew it was too late, I gave in. Both the grilled cheese and egg rolls were bussin bussin on God on God.
