This place is always a hit. If you want a menu that's outside standard fare, choose this place. It's in a great area, awesome for solo, family or large group dining.

We went to SoBo after a day at the zoo for some apps before we went up to the Vulcan. The atmosphere of SoHo is awesome just a fun area with good tunes and large space. The outdoor seating was packed -it was such a perfect day to be outside. We sat inside near the bar and it wasn't loud or over packed -we went around 4pm. We only ordered some appetizers for the table. The pretzel was absolutely massive- the Queso that came with it was delicious, the mini dogs are just little mini corn dogs -I could definitely see this being a great bar food find- and the star of the show to me was the pork belly lollipops. Pork belly lollipops were absolutely delicious- 3 of them had a red bbq sauce and a white bbq sauce drizzled on them and the other three had a pepper jelly with goat cheese. To me the goat cheese didn't taste very goat-y which was great because I normally don't like goat cheese- but this had a very creamy texture and a very nice subtle creamy flavor. It was hands down the best goat cheese (if it was really goat cheese) I have ever had and the combo of the pork with the pepper jelly was just spot on. Service was great and very attentive. We never ran out of drinks and the server was great. We finished everything we ordered. If we go back just for appetizers we will probably get the exact same orders or even two ordered of the pork belly. The pork belly was definitely the star of the show. Great great place, I would definitely come back at night to enjoy the restaurant/bar scene and especially if it was beautiful weather outside. We really enjoyed it.

Need a place to eat before hitting Homewood Theater for a show. Well, we picked the right night and time! Turned out they were celebrating their 5th anniversary. So at 5:55 there was quite the boisterous shoutout, and staff ran through the joint handing out swag. The specials menu for the night also offered more swag for a social media mention. Done! I got the El Chihuahua (sans red onion). Super delicious with the jalapeños and avocado verde. Super star was the Orange is the New "Black & Blue" burger. Wasn't even mine and I *had* to try the gorgonzola dip that was dripping all over. Man, is that stuff good! I even had our friend, who ordered the Hollywood Caesar salad with shrimp try it; it was that good. Fun atmosphere and great staff. Will definitely come back and it will definitely include some of the gorgonzola dip in some form or fashion.

Nice place for lunch/dinner. Lots of variety. Pretty consistent on being good. Only complaint is that they do not take to-go orders over the phone, instead you have to order at the bar and wait for it to cook. Def won't be doing that again. Can be really loud sometimes. I personally really enjoy their black bean burger with sweet potato waffle fries.

We tried the tuna In the appetizers and a chipotle wings. For entrée we decided to do the stacked burger with tater tots. The tuna was awesome but everything else may have been good but I could not tell because it was just not seasoned. The manger on duty was nice enough to take the things we did not like off our bill. The atmosphere was nice and casual and the service was good as well.

Two friends and I enjoyed my birthday lunch at SoHo Social today. We arrived around 11:30am and were seated immediately. Our server, Jake, quickly arrived with iced tea and water (which he never let get low). We then ordered an app of Pork Belly Lollipops that were delectable. The room filled quickly after noon, but Jake remained friendly and attentive, even as he got more tables of diners. Our entrees (wedge salad, tuna tacos and grouper sandwich) were all delicious and filling. A blueberry and cream cheese tower cake was split three ways (with plates supplied by Jake) for dessert, and melted in our mouths. Jake was kind enough afterward to take our photo to commemorate a great birthday outing. Will definitely return!

A frequent regular at SoHo. I highly recommend coming during social hours during the weekday (M-F). From 3-6 PM all apps are 1/2 off as well as drinks (with some exclusions from their specialty menu). This includes wine, beer, and liquor. I am a big fan of their Mule's and Mojitos! As for food, you can not go wrong with their mini dogs (comes with three sauces - ketchup, honey mustard, and queso). The seared tuna is also a really good option for those looking for something more healthy. Other recs include their pork belly lollipops! Good times and lots of seating (both indoor and outdoor)

Great service and good food!

Bad service, room temp food that wasn't made correctly and no refills on drinks. Go elsewhere since they can't even respond to customers that let them know when there's an issue.

Love love love love this place especially for happy hour after a long day at work. 1/2 off happy hour: monday - friday 3-6 pm 1/2 off all apps & drinks (excluding specialty cocktails) I met a friend here around 430 on Wednesday and it was not too busy. We ordered the pimento mac-n-chz bites -five gooey, cheesy bites of house jalapeño pimento mac mixed with 3 bacon blend. Then finished crispy and served with cool ranch. I think this might be the best thing I have eaten in a long long time. We also shared the Campechano Totchos which are tots smothered with queso and the house blend of chorizo, beef barbacoa, and 3 bacons then topped with pico, salsa verde, cilantro and diced radish. Again - maybe the best thing I have eaten in a long long time and they were all half off! Great service - shout out to all the staff. I would recommend bringing your hearing aide because it can get really loud. By the time we left it was definitely social in there!!!! Hey let me know when you get more BHM gray hats with black lettering- that was us -the ones who wanted hats but you were out. We will be back to get drinks and hats!

We love coming here for a quick, but filling bite to eat. They have a little bit of everything on the menu- burgers, wraps, tacos, salads, etc. To date, I've NEVER had a bad meal here. Some of my favorite meals- the turkey burger, oh Susannah, and the chicken fingers. Oh, and you HAVE to get the brussels . Another plus is that the staff is friendly and the service is great!

Came here for a work Happy Hour while our team was in from out of town. The service was great, the food delicious and the space clean and accommodating! Try the pretzels and the trio appetizer!

This place is great. The food is always good. They have heavy weight comfort foods and healthier options available. We took our sons plus a friend for a birthday celebration. The 18-20 year old boys had plenty of food. Our waitress or the bar staff did mess up 1 of our 2 drinks ordered (a mule was subbed for a mojito). She took the drink charge off and we were able to keep the mule. (No one drank it though, as we weren't fans--just personal preference.) She was going to have the correct drink made, but I was too full from my meal to even drink it at that point. Other than that small incident, I would have given them 5 stars. The guys had different burger options, a Southern King chicken sandwich, and the Ramen Noodle Crunch salad. Everyone loved their choices.
