Went there for brunch which was supposed to be bottomless but they were slow to refill anything. Food was good but the service just doesn't make the price for it worth it. Not very attentive servers and given the time limit they have, not very timely either. Also it was pretty loud that we couldn't hear ourselves or the servers.

Between the dry aged tacos and the quail with a side of “Char”, this place is an amazing spot in Birmingham. I enjoyed half my meal before meeting the owner sitting a couple seats down. He was quick elaborate on the food and hard-work they put into their recipes. Great place with a great team.

Can't say enough good things. I've only been for brunch, but it's been the best brunch experience I've had in Bham. Everything is delicious - and the mimosas will sneak up on you, but they're so good! If you love good food, you gotta come here. My fav is the Benedict and FGT!

A friend brought me here for brunch earlier this year and I fell in love :) Brunch is bottomless...BOTTOMLESS! You have 1.5 hours to try any dish on the menu along with mimosas or you can choose the mimosa-less option if you'd like. The oysters are easily my fav but the quail and waffle were a close second. The fried fish comes out piping hot and is super crispy. The toast is good, the steak is tender...I could go on and on lol. I also tried a lavendar cocktail that was really good and the mimosas don't disappoint either. It's a great place to get cute and go with friends or have a date night. As you're reading this, their menu has already changed for the season so there's a plethora of new dishes to enjoy. The place usually gets packed quickly but their team handles the crowd well and keeps good spirits. The weather is getting warmer, so I'm looking forward to a meal on the patio. Although brunch has my heart, I also plan to stop by for dinner one day because that menu looks delicious as well.

Stopped in for brunch. Second visit, but had first time friends joining. We made it there at 12 & were able to be immediately sat on the patio which was perfect with the weather. The food was OUTSTANDING. The lox is one of the best plates I’ve had. Don’t miss out on the bites & the Benedict. Winston was a great server. He made awesome suggestions, very personable & timed everything perfectly. Can’t wait to be back in

Came to the bar to order a drink between events. They denied me because my ID is from Tennessee. I just recently turned 21. My ID is real and won’t be expired for another ten years. It’s still vertical because I renewed it when I was 20 but the birthdate on it clearly states I am 21. They seriously thought it was a fake, but who would get a vertical fake ID?? Don’t waste your time on these people, they can’t read IDs correctly. So unhelpful and clueless. They denied an overage drinker, lost a customer and tip, and now have another 1 star review to reflect their business practices. XOXO

Good Morning,I’m sure someone will read this review and hopefully something will come of it.Please note we had reservations at 10:30a but my wife tried to modify the reservation to 10a and the system canceled the reservation all together. This was communicated to them as well.Also take note that the General Manager was involved and basically did nothing to help the situation.We arrived before 10a and obviously were the first guest of the day. The host was informed that we did not have a reservation and tried to sit us at the first table to left of the door. It’s only in the mid 50s and with the door constantly opening probably not a good idea with a wife who is always cold and a 7yr. Please keep in mind that we were the only guests in the building at this time.We simply wanted to sit at the table directly behind it. I did not think this was a big ask, but obviously so. Explanations were given about how they were booked and how they could sit us outside or we could wait another 30 minutes to be seated. Or the best one yet! We can offer you a table on another day!In short, my wife tried to take me to new restaurant for my bday but this was the end result. I definitely won’t be returning and I’m only leaving the review in hopes that the GM will learn from this and better understand how you should take care of your guests.You never know who will walk through your door.SoHo Standard was below the standard.
Went for brunch, Great experience!! The whole staff were on top of things , friendly and attentive. Sat at the bar , can't remember bartenders name ,but she's from Wyoming. We ordered almost everything on the the menu . This place in well managed. Will definitely be back !!!

I wanted to surprise my wife on her birthday with a new restaurant and experience. We enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and food. Every single thing we ordered and tasted was delicious. We even received a free dessert for my wife's birthday. Our first experience here was wonderful. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Picture this: Sunday morning post church hangry-ness with a group of 5…. You know no good can happen until food/drink has been consumed. The angel from up above, Victoria, approached with water and menus. She already was the best waitress one could ask for. Bringing a full round of mimosas and perfect warm flaky beignets to the table, our moods changed from hangry to thankful in an instant. I cannot express how well we were treated and taken care of by Victoria. Not a single second went by where we were actively asking for her because she was ON TOP OF HER SERVING GAME!! Brunch was amazing and I will be taking a fat nap when I get home. Will be back for the best service and most yummy tapas! Also if you use the restroom, don’t twist the lock!
