Placed a mobile order for pickup. I got a buffalo chicken wrap which comes with buffalo sauce and ranch. After I get home, I notice my wrap is completely dry. There was no sauce at all, neither buffalo or ranch. Kinda defeats the purpose of getting a buffalo chicken wrap if there is no buffalo. When I informed the restaurant, the best they could offer me was an apology and that they hoped to see me again soon! No compensation or discount of any kind. Sorry but I won’t be returning if you aren’t willing to give me what I paid for.

Just got me a turkey bacon club six inch and my goodness the bread was so soft and the sandwich was awesome. It's been a long time since I had a great deli sandwich. And the service was top notch with smiles and everything! I will be coming back.

Rude! Just went to this location (8:34) and the female very noticeably looked at the clock like we were past time....they close at 9. My mom said, "y'all are open, right?" I say to my mother, "they close at 9." She says, "we were actually closing early," with an attitude! Again, it's 8:34 and the door was unlocked! The guy that was sweeping was polite when we came in! He had to call her from the back to help us. She was frowned up and just seemed to have an attitude, I was out at that point and told my mother that I can eat cereal! ‍ She was still going to order, but the lady was very slowly "struggling with her gloves" and not giving very basic customer service. She got what she wanted...we left. I'll never go back!

I am having to stay in the area for a while and was happy to see a Subway.Just tried the boss.meatballs with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese and several veggies.Girl making the sandwich was friendly and fast and the sandwich was delicious.Everything fresh and I got mine toasted and it was perfect.Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Not my first negative experience at this Subway, but tonight will be my last. I placed a mobile order at 8PM and received a call 15 minutes later asking if I was “coming or not”. Confused about the urgency, since they don’t close until 9, I said yes, that I was on my way & would be there by 8:25. My husband went in to pick up our order where an employee rudely said “We’ve been waiting on you, we’re closed.” According to their app, Google & the sign outside, they are open until 9, which my husband mentioned. The employee said “We are, but everything around us is closed, so we’re closing early.” That’s fine & well, but how in the world would we be aware of that when placing our order? Terrible customer service & attitudes every time - will not be returning.
