Had lunch here today. I ordered on the app because it was lunchtime and I knew they would be busy. I arrived, checked in at the counter and then proceeded to wait. TWO people came in after me, placed their order, received their food and sat down to eat while I was still waiting for my mobile order. When I questioned the employee she said it was because they were busy.... ummm that does NOT explain why people that came AFTER me and ordered at the counter got their food faster than someone that pre-ordered before they arrived AND I was even physically in the building before they evewalked in. To top ut off, when I got back toothed office to eat, myorder wasn't even correct. This taco bell is normally fast and friendly, not so much today. It will probably be awhile before I return.

This store I'm not real sure about some cheerful employees some very apathetic employees the apathy starts at the register I've been to the store twice both times I asked for my food a certain way and get whatever they want to give me or the wrong order and or they don't read the prompter in front of them that tells them what I do not like on my tacos burritos etc again both times I did not get my food how I wanted it after standing on the other side of the plexiglass to the lift where I can actually talk to the person and explaining to them how I would like my food I made the assumption to not check my food before I left thinking that she understood me because it seemed like the person I was talking to understood me when I got to the place that I was going to eat my food I opened it up and had everything on it that I asked not to have put on it and it was mixed in like they didn't even read the prompter in front of them they just were drones in a beehive making honey so this one I might stay away from if you like your Taco Bell food without things on them that you don't like always check your food before you leave this store drive through might be great but I never go through the drive-thru for the same problem I go inside and talk to a real person and that real person still didn't understand what I wanted and it's fairly simple I do not think they train the people well enough at any Taco Bell how to use the checkout machine the register because she seemed confused when I was asking her to leave things in the box of food that I was buying so good luck and beware if you made to the end of my rant, good for you.

I think they have the worst service of any place I have ever been to. Rude and will just randomly let others pick up your order. It doesn't matter if you're the only one there, you will be waiting 30 minutes min.

This branch appears to have completely turned around! I came by Saturday afternoon and actually got good service.I swear, 1-3 years ago this place used to be a complete craphole filled with employees who obviously didn't care at all.Whatever they've done to change things, it's working incredibly well!

I want to start by saying everything was great. I got the 2 Chicken Chalupa's meal with a hard taco and drink. The chalupa's where hot, fresh, and just what you want everytime. The staff was friendly, service was fast, restaurant clean, and everything you expect. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star rating is because there was some stocking issues out front in the dine in area. I want to add though that I only saw 3 crew members and as I said everything was great and they was doing an awesome job. They cant help being short handed and busy but I try to be honest with my reviews and if it wasn't for stock issues on the straws and napkins it would be a five. Those 3 women are killing it though great job.

Good place most times , this time unfortunately they burnt my Toasted Cheddar Chalupa both... They were dark in a throw away state ... The tacos were both broke to bits .... It was like leftovers from yesterday .

WOMEN!!! Do not go here unless you want to be looked at like you’re a piece of meat by the guys working the window. Has happened to me twice with 2 different workers. They made me incredibly uncomfortable.
This review is in regards to the OUTSTANDING service and kindness my husband and I received on April 29 at 10:10pm. The kindest employees took care of us (our receipt shows Tamaria C as the cashier, although there are two women who took care of us and are the reason for this review!). My husband and I were visiting from the Gulf Coast and we were exhausted. It had been a long day for us which is what we were telling the cashiers as they were checking us out (the self order screen had an issue and told us to see a cashier for assistance). Well, the sweet employee not only paid for our meal but gave us cups for water and a very delicious frozen drink (I forget what Taco Bell calls it). It was such an unexpected act of kindness and was so appreciated after the long day we had. One employee encouragingly told us tomorrow will be better. We'd like to let her know that held true - tomorrow ended up being a great day and we ended our trip on a great note. But I'd say the highlight of our trip was the kindness we received here after what had been a very long, hard day. So from the bottom of our hearts - Thank you.

Dr Pepper was bad. The taco supreme was missing sour cream and tomatoes. I ordered nachos fries and got nachos instead and they are coated in so much salt they are not edible. I have attached a photo. I eat Taco Bell all the time and this location is lacking.

I was having a bad day, then decided to stop at taco bell on Lakeshore which I'm glad I did this young lady who's name was Angela K was so nice and kind made sure my order was correct and fresh just made my day a lot better wish their were more like her Coodoos to LAKESHORE T.B.

I don't like to complain but this place is bad. There's 3 things one can count on when visiting: 1. Your order will be wrong regardless of how clear you are at the kiosk.2. If you visit at night, they will be out of something like meat, tacos, etc...3. When you express aggravation at their lack of competency you will get attitude (not the good kind). You might say if it's that bad, why do you go there? My answer: That was the last time...
