This place must have a negative score due to its employees that girl with the red braids in her hair during night shift is disgusting. She dropped the fork and still put it in my box full of food. Then she failed to realize that she picked something up off the floor where they all walk on and did not wash her hands. She clearly violated the entire sanitation process. I’m truly hoping that the female manager who was on duty trains her staff the proper way.

I finally got a chance to visit the new location since they moved from across the street! It’s really nice and quiet at this location. Plenty of outside parking places. The interior is very clean and comfortable, colorful with the large prints menus across the counter. I didn’t notice the computers setup on the side to place my order if paying by card or cash with cashier. Very nice and efficient! You can watch your order being made from the back as you wait to the side or be seated & be called. I was a has received my order just as I received a call that was important. I got my box and was about to leave as the other gentleman who had helped me with the kiosk selections, stopped me and told me to wait bc he was making me a fresh Crispy Chicken taco!I was shocked that the other young man gave me my order without telling all of my order was inside my box! Needless to say I had to wait about 4-5 minutes for the item to be done! The food was hot, but now it was warm & my icee drink was flat or melted! Overall the service was good and the food tastes good! The young man apologized for the wait time and was very professional! So that’s why I gave my visit a 4.5.“HAPPY BURRITOS & TACOS!”Parking: Lakeshore/ Homewood. Plenty of stores parking and drive thru on site.

Very disappointed with this Taco Bell tonight. $40 worth of food and it was all cold cheese not even melted and Cinnabons hard as a rock! I come here a lot and I spend good money with them! Not only was it all cold besides potatoes Cinnabons was left out first time came right back through and Cinnabons also cold and hard! $40 WASTED!!!

If I could rate them zero I would. Placed a $50 mobile order, got to the location and got in the drive through line, was immediately asked to come inside instead, whatever I can deal with that, but then I get home and the order was missing a large chunk of the order, necessitating that I drive back up here to get the missing items. Not a single apology from any of the 4 employees I interacted with. Girl on the phone was incredibly dismissive of my frustrations over this, when I brought up that as a result the rest of the food I had purchased would be cold and inedible after coming up there to pick up the missing items their response was that I should eat the rest of it before I came up there to get the missing items (all of which were the items my wife ordered, so if I did that I'd have been sitting there eating while she had nothing.)Person that handed me the items didn't say a word, just walked over and handed me the bag and walked away.When I asked another employee for the corporate number the woman at the counter's response was "just Google it"The employees at this location shouldn't be in customer facing roles to begin with.Do not eat here, go to another location or one of the other nearby restaurants.Edit: one of the replacement items turned out to be the wrong item. Go figure.

The store is clean and the food is okay but my biggest concern is those kids running the store !!! Just yesterday the lil girl that runs the drive thru wanted to go back and forth with me because they didn't give me all my food that I paid for ? it's a mess but it's cheap so its do-able I guess ?

Late nights are the worst especially for the dashers and Uber Eats people they take orders every 10 mins. It will be nice if we could get the orders at the door. Customers waiting on us to deliver,but they don't understand it's the restaurant that hold us here this long. Customer service has went down at every restaurant,but they want us to spend money at the establishments and customer service at the majority of the restaurant are maybe at 2&3. Just ?
