So I dealt with a young lady named Daniya who wasextremely courteous, and professional. She was almost done with my to-go order, and then the store manager, I believe his name is Darnell or something like that, took her off the order and said that he would handle it. He then let my order sit there for another six or seven minutes while he did something else. She was doing the best she could as it was lunch time. The way he spoke to her caught me off guard, and no manager should speak like that to any employee. Especially when they're fixing a customer's order. The store definitely needs to work on their management! I will definitely give him another shot because the food is decent. Hopefully they will learn to deal with volume, and it might just have been an off day..

Prices aren't right on the sign and they don't provide a receipt with prices.Incredibly slow. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes even if they are dead.

Food was excellent and the store was very clean. Only issue was my brother's order got delivered to the wrong person by mistake so it took a little longer but it was rectified. Overall very pleased.

I always love the food here but this was my first time coming inside instead of going through the drive through. My daughter and I got here at the perfect time. As we were placing our order at the kiosk, a line formed almost out of the door. The team did a really good job of jumping in and handling the crowd and getting the food out in a timely manner. Great hustle. There were a few hiccups I saw with some of the orders from what I observed but those were handled quickly from what I could tell. I noticed all this because I worked in the food industry for a long time and appreciate these things when I see them and I know restaurants don't get enough compliments in this area. Good job whataburger Homewood team.
