I don't mean to be rude but when I order a chicken bacon swiss, I expect bacon. Curly fries were cold. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my boyfriend had never even been to an Arby's because he is from the Ukraine. Great first experience thanks.

I stop there for lunch yesterday and that was by far the worst food I've ever had! Everything was cold and I've been sick from the chicken sandwich as I found out a girlfriend of mines did to from their chicken so I will not be back there.

Recently used the drive thru only to find out that this location was totally out of roast beef and could not make any sandwiches other that chicken....WHAT????? I drove away unhappy.

I ordered food on app and came inside to get it. Though I said hello, the 2 guys working there did not even care to acknowledge I was there. The worse part is the guy working the window instructed the other guy who was mopping to make a sandwich. The guy stopped mopping, did not bother to wash his hands, then made the sandwich without a glove or anything. The guy working the window reached into a bag with his hands to get some mozzarella sticks for fryer, also used bare hands. Then guy working window brought me my order & did not look at me or say a word. I asked for a couple of sauces, so he got them and tossed on counter, never once looking at me or saying anything. I said thanks & have good evening, still did not even look or say anything. This was just a few days ago and it still bothers me. I was only person there. I have a feeling it could have been because they were racist, o don’t now. Regardless, though I live not far away, I’ve not been treated well there for past couple years. I will not ever go back. That’s a promise. There is no way management cannot know there is an issue there. Oh well.

Very rude 2 guys working tonight. Live close by, but this is it. Ordered off app, & not a word spoke to me, even after I said thanks after asking for & getting sauce. Worse part, a guy who was moping, stopped mopping to make my sandwiches, did not wash hands or use gloves. Other guy working drive thru used bare hands to grab mozzarella sticks out of bag into fryer. I could not help but wonder if it was racial, or they just hated everyone and hated being there, combination of both, don't know. I do know I vow to never eat at an Arby's anywhere, and will do my best to encourage others to follow suite. I am done & best of luck.

When I tell you this food was cooked in the kitchen somewhere in Heaven....baby!!Everything was just perfect,fresh,hot,and they were so efficient and kind.Awesome job guys!

I went through the they had someone pulled up waiting for their order I blew my horn politely to have the other customer pull forward so that I can get out I was afraid I was going to hit the car the customer started yelling at me then the employee at this location started yelling at me
Love the roast beef. Kids loved the sliders kids meal. Place was a bit difficult to exit because of traffic.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it.

I had just got off work and was hungry. So I stopped at Arby's , the lady working the drive thru was rude and had an attitude when I tried to ask for a straw for my drink.Maybe she needs to find a new job if she can't be bothered for a straw..

Just went through the drive thru here. The #8 value meal is listed as $9.79. The lady tried to tell me that with tax it was $12.14 I pulled out of the drive thru and left. There NO WAY I am eating at your establishment. That's 20% tax which is legal NOWHERE.
