The best part of my lunch were the fries, my turkey burger was ok.

My wife and I walked in and immediately felt welcome. Mrs. Donita and Johnny were incredibly kind and helpful in figuring out what I wanted to eat (I was too hungry to be decisive), and Brian made one the best “fast food” burgers I have had in years!!! I use quotations because it was as fast as a fast food burger, but tasted like one I would make on the griddle at home, not even greasy. The fries were amazing as well! Perfectly seasoned like the golden years of burger diners, fresh and not overly seasoned. The cobblers were also amazing! I have had “fresh” cobblers from restaurants before, which usually came from a can,. These were truly made fresh, the peaches were obviously not canned, and neither the peach nor the apple were overly sweet, some of the best cobblers I have had in quite some time!Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish!

They are NEVER open in Vestavia and Hoover. I’m assuming they have not updated the website or workers arrive late and close EARLY when things slow down. PLEASE MAKE CHANGES NECESSARY

French fries dipping with grease. Tossed two orders of fries in the trash.

The food is good, but not as before. Things have changed, not as good as it use to be. My burger was cold. So it didn't taste as good as it used to. They also have dropped some of my favorites. But overall it was decent.

We ordered a Classic Burger Combo & a Wild Turkey Burger Combo. They said the turkey burger would take 7 minutes to cook and asked us to pull up. Mind you there were no customers ahead of us and no customers inside at the time. We pulled up after about 15 minutes a guy brought us a chicken sandwich with hot sauce drench all over it and a Classic Burger with no drinks. When we told him he said I don't know, I just got here. We asked if we can come inside he said no even though there's a HUGE sign out front saying Dining Room now Open. So we had to pull back around wait in line behind other cars. By the time we finally got up to the window again another 15 minutes had past, we asked for our money back, they took the bag back and spent another 10 minutes on that. So we spent almost 45 minutes at this establishment and still ended up with nothing. Just AwfulWe drove to 5 Guys down the street and got delicious bugers in a timely manner.

Ordered and it took them 45 minutes for me to receive my food and then when I finally got it the entire order was incorrect. 10/10 would not recommend unless you like disappointments

No dine in when the rest of the world is open drive is extremely slow after 5-7 of not moving I left and in a area behind trees and schrubs the is no high street sign just the letters on the bldg #veryvertpoor #notgoingback

Supposedly this place is “open” yet never acknowledge their drive through windows or phone . People just end up lining up then eventually driving away after receiving no response, even though the lights are on in the building and it’s during store hours. This has been the case the past few times we’ve tried to eat there.

Backyard Burgers was a fave fast food spot when I lived in Memphis. There is only one here and it's in Pelham but worth the drive.

Burgers with a unique flavor. Sometimes you just want to taste the grill inside the meat.

I ordered a bun less classic burger. I specifically told the order taker I wanted everything on the burger but the bun. I received a hamburger patty with cheese and a squirt of ketchup. Not to mention the guy was rude.

I love this restaurant and this location always delivers on the taste and quality. But the only problem is they are never ever open. I went by one day because I saw s car at the window and thought are they open? I'd done been to McDonald's (for my husband but I still had to have something besides the I eat from there is a quarter pounder with cheese but it was still gross hard to finish) and I got some fries. For the first time in 4 months they were open. And I live just a min from this place. So I see it atleast 5 times a day. Why are they closed at 7 when they don't close till 8 and cars are parked outside. ? same thing happened at 1:30pm on a Monday and 4pm on a Thursday. So what's going on? Need management I'm right here. Ean subway for a year on my own with just 3 people total to work every hour, till it was sold. This is unreal. How is this place staying in business? I'd truly like to know.
