Fantastic food! Service was excellent- staff was friendly and very helpful. Dining room was clean and organized. This is easily one my favorite "healthier" dining out options. Their bowls are huge and can feed 2 people or split into 2 meals .

CAVA in Hoover is such a great place for easy and healthy pickup! The food is fresh, tasty, and healthy. I don’t eat out much anymore because “DASH IN” food options have become more costly while the quality seems to have decreased. If you want an affordable, quick, and healthy meal, your options are limited within the Hoover area. My son referred CAVA to me, and I was amazed by the amount of food that was included in the price of the meal! The Grains Green bowl was so good and I only could eat about half of it, and that was because I hadn’t eaten all day. I had leftovers for 2 days! They have several varieties of hummus and dressings that are so yummy and fresh. We ordered online and our food was ready for pick up by the time I arrived which was about 15 minutes from the time we ordered. It was quick and easy while delicious and healthy at the same time. I have eaten from CAVA several times now and I have not been disappointed! Try CAVA for a healthy and YUMMY eating experience!

I moved from the west coast and had a hard time finding healthy choices here in Birmingham. Cava is a great place to get a pretty good amount of your veges with a Mediterranean mix. This is my new go-to for healthy salad options.I ordered the spicey greens.

I went in the second the doors opened. I was the second person in the building. I just ended up leaving because I've been standing in line for 30 min with no communication. Apparently, nothing was prepared prior to opening the doors.Do not eat here if you're ever in a hurry. Last time I try to eat here.

I can't speak to the service or atmosphere really (well, they did neglect to give me any utensils or napkins in my DoorDash order), but as for the food, itself, it was about what I'd expect from a Chipotle-style fast food health place. It was fresh tasting, so I'll give em that. However, the prices are deceiving. When I see prices like theirs in this economy, I'm thinking I hit the jackpot since I'm expecting the portions to be like a Chipotle bowl.NOPE. Wrong.The bowl was maybe 2/3 the size of the usual to-go bowls and all I can say is would you pay $3 for a brownie smaller than a 5'2" woman's palm? Nah, won't be back. Fool me once....

I love CAVA, especially the location in downtown BHM. The Hoover location has the strangeness most off-putting staff that work there (with the exception of a seasoned lady that wears a hair scarf/wrap). The staff appear to be annoyed to be at work and prefer not to speak to customers. They have a lack in affact as they interact with customers. The strangest vibe ever! I would’ve given one star, but the food is consistent with the BHM location which is excellent.
