I went shopping with my friends and wanted to grab some food but it was about 5 minutes before they closed but the workers were so sweet to me and had such a great attitude up to the minute they closed. Would definitely come back here the service is always amazing.

Almost no line at lunch on a Saturday, got order very quickly. Old School cheesesteak was good, but very greasy. Fries were good, and strawberry lemonade was very good, with real fruit.Parking: Ample parking in the mall lots

Super delicious, better than I was expecting... Sandwich was tasty, fries with bacon and cheese was pretty good, and the regular lemonade was refresh good!

I have not been to the Galleria Mall in a very long time. So my family and I decided to do some shopping and stop at Charley's. When I tell you I wasted $39, please believe that. We got our food to go today because the food court was filling up fast. When we took the first bite we knew things were different there. The meat had no flavor and the sandwich was lacking toppings. I have never seen a bell pepper and onion cut up so small. You would have thought they borrowed those onions from McDonald's or Krystals. There was barely any lettuce or tomatoes on the sandwiches , but the were generous with the mayo. I can honestly say never again.

Terrible customer service as I was placing my order I was rushed by the cashier and physically bumped by another employee who said make sure my order is a to go order!!! Won’t be coming back!!!!
